There was a…read moregentleman that came after me and the guy Henry who is a stater brothers employee took the guy and had me wait . So , I did . Then Henry has an attitude with me being super rude as , I'm literally saying thank you as he is sliding my chicken to me. So as I'm in the store getting groceries Henry is mad dogging me down the isles . Trying to intimidate me . So , I find a manager and mangers came with no concerns they act like his behavior was stater brothers policy. I also called corporate as well . I'm spending my money to be treated this way . I always come home . To some burnt smelly mojo's . Henry gave me .Stater Brothers I didn't think your quality of food was uneditable. Gross smelled like nothing but old grease the health inspectors should come and check out what you're doing . From one rude individual to now this . They have my favorite watermelon Agua Fresca which is delicious. Not overly sweet. They also have Jamaica and Horchata. The Sushi is made fresh and at this location and they have several rolls with a Latin fusion. I saw one with hot Cheetos and one with chili peppers and onions. I got a Mango & Shrimp roll sprinkled with Tajin. It was different and tasty. I also like how they remodeled the produce section. It looks really nice. The staff is really friendly too. They moved a lot of stuff around and they are very helpful in locating everything. Be nice to them because they are adjusting to the changes too! :)

Approached cashier Tessa and was nonchalantly told that since I bought more than 1 piece, I will be charged more. Duh, I am not dumb. Told her the cost is per pound and not per piece. OMG it looks like she doesn't know how their produce is priced. As she was busy with another customer, she asked Celeste to help me out. From here on, it got worse. She looked at my receipt and said the higher price charged was due to tax. Told her that vegetables are not taxed. Then she said I shld have used digital coupon. I told her it's not subject to digital coupon. Then she said maybe it's not really 99 cents a pound. To expedite things, I volunteered to go back to the Produce section and I took a picture of the sign. Still she was not convinced that it's the correct price. She got one of the flyers to check the price but I told her it's not in the ad! Oh my gosh, this is so frustrating! At this point I told her I will just return the squash and just please refund my money. Finally, it was Tomas who figured things out...the cashier Tessa charged me was for Italian squash instead of Mexican squash. He was apologetic and very efficient, obviously knowledgeable of his job and what customer service is. As I was leaving, another lady was in line for her peaches being charged the wrong price (again). She informed me that this happens more often than not. I wasted some 20 minutes in the store when I had better things to do! Please, Smart and Final management, do something about this problem and maybe teach your staff a thing or two about customer service? Thank you.

They have a good vegetable section, but from my last two visits here, they do seem a bit pricey. I wanted to grab some green onions and they were nearly a dollar each. Know its also the current times, but they are charging about 15 cents more than other 99 Ranch locations, even ones in the I.E. or in Chino Hills. Same thing goes for their other groceries, but they do carry pretty good variety of all-inclusive Asian groceries. So you'll also find some Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese groceries here, too. Parking is not a big deal here. Might peak on parking if it's busy weekend or something, but plenty of parking spaces.

I had a very concerning experience at this location that needs to be addressed immediately…read more I was shopping with my daughters (including my 8 year old) when a supervisor came down the aisle with a cart while my kids were going to grab chips. I was standing at the end of the aisle, and I clearly heard him say "f*ing move" under his breath directed at them. They heard him say it! And I also clearly heard him say it. This is unacceptable especially toward children. When I asked if there was a problem, he said "nope," then went to the register and gave me an intimidating stare. The behavior felt hostile, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for someone in a supervisory role. I reported this to the store manager and was told it would be handled. However, when I returned to the grocery store. The same employee was still working and gossiping about us while we are shopping and checking out. Both of my girls were very uncomfortable and upset to see this man again. Which raises serious concerns about how situations like this are handled. No family should be made to feel disrespected or intimidated while simply grocery shopping. This is unacceptable behavior from any employee, but especially from someone in management. If this is how supervisors treat customers, it reflects a serious lack of accountability at this location. I expect this to be properly investigated and addressed, and I will be following up until it is.
