We were lucky enough to find Vogue Salon and specifically Rachel and Katie. They were so sweet and most importantly provided great service. We were looking fabulous when we walked out the door and the best news is, they continue, 10 days later, to be perfect. We sure wish we lived anywhere in the state of Michigan because we would drive to get our haircuts with them. After a consultation to lighten my hair, the stylist made it darker with orange highlights. I didn't notice the mistake until I got home and I was leaving the next day. I called the salon and left a message (the stylist and owner were with clients). Remember, we been giving this salon business for years and they know us. I sent an email as well. Apparently they tried calling but emailed me back to say my phone was out of order, even though I was getting calls from other callers. So when I called them, no one was available to talk to me....again. I asked to speak to the owner, saying I had to get something resolved asap. The owner immediately started the conversation by saying the way to fix it was to put on toner. She said when I left the salon it looked great. HUH? Orange streaks on jet black hair? I said it was horrible and I have photos. She said there was nothing she could do and then hung up on me! I was shocked.
