I took stitch for the first time two years ago and I loved the fact the it by appts and that the ladies do not keep the pet long( like these franchise) where you drop of your pet and it takes all day to get them back. I also loved that they love what they do. stitch is happy when I drop him off and with an hour and 1/2 I can pick him you. they are gentle, loving, and very experience. ,I did not find these people friendly. I did not find them professional. I would go as far as to call them racist. I took my Six pound multipoo into the shop to be groomed, they gave me nothing but problems. These people are supposed to be professionals. They could not handle a six pound dog that doesn't like to be grown. They're supposed to be trained for this , All that says to me Is that did not professional. I read the other reviews and all I could say is those people were obviously not people of color. Because my ten year old child and I was not treated decently at all. I've been taking my Morkie ( Maltese mixed with yorkie) to this business since they first opened. Bebe has been to many groomers, but I was never really happy with them, till now! Opened by sisters, it's a small space but filled with love as soon as you walk in the door! They are so nice and appeasing and will get your dog in and out quickly yet Carefully! Decided to give this spot a try because frankly I live around the neighborhood and I'm big on supporting my community specially during this pandemic we are facing. Let me start by saying my dog is a Shih Tzu and he's not even a year old yet. He's been groomed professionally only twice before at home from a grooming company that makes house calls. The first time he was barking a lot as expected and was crying about being blow dried. The second time he was much better. When I went to drop off my dog they asked if there was anything that they should know and I said well he's not a fan of the dryer that groomers use. At home after I bathe him we always use a hair dryer without any issues. About 30 minutes after dropping him off I get a call from the groomer that my dog is nervous and won't let her dry him. I'm on the phone like what do you mean and what exactly do you want me to do? She then said I needed to come pick him up. Five minutes later I was there to pick up my wet dog. I've had dogs all my life and always used groomers. I have never came across such thing where a groomer said they can't dry a small 13 pound puppy. I was so upset and even though the groomer was very apologetic I just can't believe something like this is possible. read more

Love this place so much!!!! And so does my dog. They don't keep your dog there for hours like most groomers. The most I've had my dog at groom a doggie was 1.5 hrs. And they give you options for types of shampoo and a bunch of add ons like tooth brushing. They are kind and professional and my dog loves them. read more
