It seems she prefers shaving dogs rather than properly grooming them, and she doesn't appear skilled with curly coats. When discussing my dog's coat, she was condescending, repeatedly calling me "honey" and saying she was trying to "educate me" about how curly-haired dogs should be groomed. Scheduling has also been frustrating. Nicole is very rigid when setting appointments, yet each time I've booked her, she has reached out asking to come earlier. I've always accommodated her requests, but that flexibility isn't reciprocated. After multiple poor experiences, I can no longer recommend Vroom Grooms.

Mia is not the best dog to groom she hates to be bathed and tried to escape at every chance she gets. Nicole is so patient with her & the fact that I can watched her being groomed tells me Nicole is one of a kind. Mia always looks so good when she comes back inside her home. Mia spends the next 30 minutes rolling all over the floor and beds so she can get her doggie stank back on. I have recommended Nicole so many times when someone is looking for a mobile groomer. It must of worked cause she is not taking new clients at this time.

She continued to be short as the conversation went on. I respectfully asked what day they would get more fish in the store and she told me by the end of the week, and then proceeded to tell me that it's time for my daughter to learn about death. I left the store without purchasing anything and called corporate on this employee. It has been over a week and nobody has called me back after making a complaint. Needless to say I won't return as a customer moving forward.

I know that they get plenty of love and treats while they are there, and that makes me feel better about leaving them there for the full day. I also know that they are good about avoiding treats that may trigger allergies - as proper nutrition for skin and coat health is something they preach. There are always little extras - bows, bandanas, nails and/or tints. I never know exactly what to expect when I pick them up besides they will be happy and ready to go!

The facility was built with dogs in mind...before it was A Walk In The Park, the building was the home of the Toledo Area Humane Society. The building is more than large enough, and the yard is even bigger. The staff is awesome...just plain awesome. You can tell that every single person working here really loves dogs, and the dogs, at least my dog, seems to love all of them. We recently left our puppy here when we weren't able to take him with us on vacation. My wife, who still does Facebook (LOL), logged in daily to see videos and pix of the pack including our boy, so she and the kids (and me too, I guess) felt connected. When we got home and went to pick him up, he was happy to see all four of us, but he didn't want to leave...I guess dogs really are pack animals. We also utilize doggie daycare a couple time per week. As far as pet safety goes, and I might not have this exactly right, but I think the dogs are grouped by age and size. That is, the large breed puppies are kept together, and the small breed puppies are keep together. The large breed adults are kept together...etc. In other words, you don't have to worry about your chihuahua pup getting eaten by a Doberman. Great business, and great location. Five stars.
