The building is more than large enough, and the yard is even bigger. The staff is awesome...just plain awesome. You can tell that every single person working here really loves dogs, and the dogs, at least my dog, seems to love all of them. We recently left our puppy here when we weren't able to take him with us on vacation. My wife, who still does Facebook (LOL), logged in daily to see videos and pix of the pack including our boy, so she and the kids (and me too, I guess) felt connected. When we got home and went to pick him up, he was happy to see all four of us, but he didn't want to leave...I guess dogs really are pack animals. We also utilize doggie daycare a couple time per week. As far as pet safety goes, and I might not have this exactly right, but I think the dogs are grouped by age and size. That is, the large breed puppies are kept together, and the small breed puppies are keep together. The large breed adults are kept together...etc. In other words, you don't have to worry about your chihuahua pup getting eaten by a Doberman. Great business, and great location. Five stars.

We arranged for overnight pet sitting, and a daily walk/visit in the middle of the day. Leasa and Holly came over before our trip to meet the dogs and get a tour of the house. Our smaller dog warmed right up to Holly and fell asleep snuggling her before the end of the visit. During the meet and greet, they took very detailed notes about EVERYTHING including where to find the food, where the leashes were stored, typical walking routes, etc. By the end of the visit, we felt very good about our decision to have them watch the pups. Throughout our trip, we enjoyed getting updates in the app and seeing pictures of how the dogs' days were going. I would highly recommend Fetch! to anyone looking for in-home pet care.

I have a 6 year old long haired dachshund who I have always groomed myself. I like to shave his hair short and then wash him well to make sure all the trimmed hair is off his body. I decided to have it done professionally for the first time and when I brought my dog home he kept rubbing against the sofa and lying on his back to rub himself almost all day for a week straight. These are things he's never done before. Thinking he was allergic to the shampoo used at the vet, I took him a bath at home and was shocked and infuriated at how much trimmed hair came off him. Did the groomer shave him and not give him a bath afterward or did she just give him a crappy bath? Once I cleaned him he no longer rubbed himself due to discomfort but he began chewing on his paw until it was raw. I had to take him to the vet who told me it was infact an allergic reaction so he gave my dog a cortisone shot and antibiotics. And this I paid for out of my own pocket without so much as a sorry from the staff. I will NEVER take my dog there again for grooming.

I did not even recognize him. He had been shaved to an inch of fur. It is still cold and now he has no fur to keep him warm. I thought that the groomer would know not to completely remove all his fur. I did say to leave the fur the same length, but not take it all off. His fur was long and shaggy but now he looks like a short hair cat. I will still take him for visits because he is will liked and taken care of but will have second thoughts about grooming.
