He became belligerent for some reason when I arrived, acted unprofessionally towards me with an accompanying bad attitude in front of 2 customers which I did not care for in the least. Told me I would have to come back another time and to schedule online which he never told me was available to do. Asked him to check his phone indicating confirmed appt. and saw he made mistake, but was too proud to admit. Also said he didn't want to check his phone for 10 seconds because he was working and in past while cutting my hair countlessly answered texts and took calls. Something like this never occurred before in over 55 years of getting haircuts. I guess this is how a valued and loyal customer is treated and taken for granted.
