When the barber was trimming my neck they were doing so careless less and caught my shirt a few times. They then said my haircut was done without asking if I liked it and didn't even show me the back of my head. I had to then ask for some changes as my hair was inconsistent and puffy. I could tell the person did not want to do any re-work as anything I asked for would be done with in two seconds. It just felt that they wanted to rush me out. My haircut was done within 20 minutes.

I spoke with "Genevieve" - She was extremely patient and courteous, I had to move my appointment around a bit. Upon arrival at my visit, I was offered a cold and refreshing beverage of my choice and they have an incredibly comfortable seating area to relax. The entire experience is catered to the Customer and you start to feel comfortable and relaxed - the moment you walk through the door. I came in with longer hair…read moreand a beard I'd been growing out without much structure, and he knew exactly how to handle it. He kept the length on both, which was important to me, but added the right amount of shape and control so everything looks intentional now instead of just grown out. What stood out most was how well he blended the haircut into the beard. The sides look cleaner without being too tight, and the beard has a defined shape without looking overdone or overly sharp. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and how to maintain it, which I really appreciated. Overall, it felt like a very thoughtful and skilled approach rather than just a quick cut. If you're growing your hair and beard out and want someone who can shape it properly without taking too much off, I'd definitely recommend Marcus. I'll be back.

They can't cut white people beards…read more They do a good job in a timely fashion, the down side is they can't cut white peoples hair. I shave my head and go there for beard trim and everytime I've gone the past two years I've walked out looking like a white Rick Ross. It doesn't matter which barber I had. They are good at what they do and it's pleasant experience but I don't want to look like a white Rick Ross or Dj Khaled.
