My dogs had long beautiful hair & now look terrible. The shaving was so close to skin my dogs are showing their pink skin and they keep licking the sensitive areas. Now I will be taking them to the vet due to injury. Our breeds are known for long hair similar to a Yorkshire terrier. Please know these are our babies, they're our family. Where is the respect for customer. I'm so upset as we've taken our two pups before and it has always been requested to not shave them & call me to ask permission. They said it was on record. (Or that's what we were told it's on record for both dogs as they made a similar error with Ginger years ago) Prior 4 visits the groomer listened so we trusted them with our dogs. What happened!!!! The front lady is a "talker" does not listen. The groomer "shave the heck" out of our dogs. And does whatever they please. They request tip before service. BEWARE!!! We had not had this experience before. What I thought was a wash & light detangling was a full shaved dog. POOR SERVICE- I want my money back. Will be reporting this business.

I took my dog back to Pet Envy at 4 PM after noticing his haircut was uneven, and I was told to wait for a call back when he was ready. Nobody ever called. We came back, the doors were closed, and I had no idea where my dog was. I stayed there for hours, I called their number, no reply, and had to reach out to the nearby businesses, pet shops, and animal control. It wasn't until 7:40 pm that we got in contact with the owners and had their doors unlocked. Upon entering, we found our dog inside one of the kennels near the main entrance of the building. We were told they "checked" the building for animals before leaving, but they clearly did not, or else they would have noticed my dog right beside the main door. A customer from a restaurant nearby told us this happened to their dog as well. I also heard multiple complaints from the other people that I spoke to. Leaving a customer's pet locked inside after closing is unacceptable. If I hadn't stayed there for hours and contacted numerous people, my dog could have been there alone for more than 12 hours without food or water. I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet, there is truly nothing to "Envy" here.

Parking is definitely a challenge but they do have a couple of spots for "drop-offs/pick-ups" which is convenient. The waiting area is nice but I do prefer when I'm able to see the grooming take place. Here you are unable to see anything as grooming is separate from the waiting area and no windows to allow a view of the grooming area. Pet owners do have the option of having their pet hand dried or cage dried. I always opt for hand drying as my fur baby does not tolerate the cage drying well. They did a great job grooming my fur baby and they took about 2.5 hrs. My interaction with staff was good and she was friendly. Price is pretty average with other grooming businesses.

The first time I went to her, I had given her a handwritten list of everything I wanted done; I was pleasantly surprised to see upon my second visit, that she had saved it. It was very apparent to me that she worked hard to accommodate my requests and that she genuinely cares about doing a great job. My dog gets highly anxious when she goes to get groomed, so I appreciate that Denise is soothing and patient with her. I really appreciate Denise's work ethic and great attitude, as that is hard to find these days. If you are looking for a groomer, I would highly recommend Denise.
