If I could give this place a -0 I would!!!! These people BUTCHERED my toy poodles! I had been traveling and my dogs were matted. I have taken them like that to other reputable groomers and they had no problem, brushing her hair out. I made sure that I asked for a good groomer and let them know that they needed extra care. Furthermore, I told them not to shave my dogs and that if they couldn't do the job to please not touch them and let me know. They said it wasn't going to be a problem that they were going to cut some hair which I was fine with. I also made it very clear for them to not shave their little faces. The groomer said that was fine and she promised not to do that. They cared more about making the money & still went through with it knowing full well they couldn't do the job. I have three witnesses when I was on the phone with them that heard this conversation. I went to pick up my dogs after them being there for over five hours just to find them completely shaved and looking like rats. They still wanted to charge me over $320 for this! Not to mention that they illegally charge extra fees if you want to use a credit card! I left the groomers in tears. I couldn't believe what they did to my two toy poodles. If they couldn't do a job, they should have respected my wishes and told me they couldn't do it and left them alone, and I would've dealt with it myself, but instead they took it upon themselves to shave their hair off and torture them for 5 hours! Please explain to me why it took five entire hours to give me shaved dogs?!?! What made me even more livid was that they told me at the very end that the groomer that they gave me was the one that was in training!!! How dare you!!!! if you notice on their Instagram page they have their comments turned off I wonder why?! because other people have also had bad experiences from what I'm barely coming to find out! I trusted you with my two poodles and you destroyed them. You made promises you couldn't keep just that you could take my money. The worst part about it all is that the larger one came back shaking and vomiting! I'm taking her to the vet in the morning. I'm also getting an attorney to subpoena the videos to see exactly what went on during their grooming process! This is a horrible unethical shop and be careful to not ever trust them with your animals with them! read more

I took,my Llasa Apso to Groomology West today and they cut his nails so short that he was bleeding from the majority of all of them! When they literally have nail tools that have lights for you to gage and not cut their quick or a grinder instead of a nail clipper. to groomers, we understand that you have a tough job and not all dogs are the same BUT we trust our babies to you and expect that you will be as careful with them as we are and when you hurt them and say nothing before handing them off, any trust we had is gone and makes a person wonder what else you omit telling us! Most of the time my dogs come out great and thats why I keep going back, but today and. a couple of other visits, my dogs look like the groomer is grooming for the first time and cants see very obvious areas that are not cut right. I also reminded them that my dog had growths so they would be careful and I picked him up bleeding from every growth. when I pointed it out not only my groomer but all the staff jumped in to say next time we can avoid it by doing this...Next time? No one addressed it as a proLen and apologized.instead said it's normal...yet they had many ideas for next time. i hope the owner reads this and acts iin it. GAVE MY DOG TICKS!! please beware Although groomolgy will try to deny the ticks were from their salon I know for a fact they were, my dog is metaphorically my baby and I notice any slight difference in her. I noticed the ticks 1 day after she went to the salon, she's NEVER had ticks before. When I called to inform them they said a person from the staff failed to mention to me when I picked her up that they had seen one on her during her wash( if true I believe it was from the kennels there). I had to take my dog to the vet later than I should have since I was informed 2 days later ONEC I CALLED. if I wouldn't have called they wouldn't have notified me!!! Too expensive, don't take your pets there. Almost $ 100 for a small dog (19 pounds) They don't know how to handle dogs. Last time they charged me an extra $ 25 for "handling fee" they always have an excuse. They say the dog was very "stressed",left the job incomplete and charged me the full amount.
