I can't recommend this groomer enough. I have two large dogs, and grooming--especially nail trims--has always been a major challenge for my older dog, who has significant anxiety. At my previous home, it took three vet techs and anti-anxiety medication just to get his nails trimmed. Another vet office wouldn't even attempt it. But here? Completely different experience. She handles him with such calm confidence and care that there's no struggle at all. It honestly feels like she's magic. Both of my dogs are comfortable with her, which says everything. They come home looking fantastic every time, and it's clear they've been treated with patience and kindness. Best groomer ever !! My tuxedo kitty had a horrible experience with a different groomer that was abusing him , so he is very distrusting of people. Jolette is the best , she was extremely patient with him , and calm with him. He was a good boy for her . I can't Wait to book my next appt with her . Jolette came to us when our longhaired cat was getting dreads and our efforts to groom her ourselves were failing miserably. She gave us helpful tips and set us up on a regular grooming schedule. Many cats are afraid of the vet and/or groomer but Jolette has good vibes and lots of snacks to keep our girl relaxed. Jolette did a great job on my kitties, Maisie and Milo. They are rescues so I was nervous about taking them somewhere in the car. Jolette was wonderful and put them at ease. I appreciated the swag she gave them and also the bow and tie she put on them. They seemed happier with their claws trimmed so I feel less nervous about getting a more thorough grooming next time. I would recommend her to everyone over and over! She came in an emergency situation for my Omahs cat who was matted from not being brushed since my Oma was diagnosed with dementia. Due to the big snow, that turned into persistent, hard ice in February, we can to reschedule at least twice with Jolette. our unpaved road was not passable for anyone..but she was so understanding and today finally got our 2 rescue dogs all pretty...we were so happy how they looked!! and the little bows in the hair were precious..I'm so glad we found a mobile groomer that's great..they truly love what they do..Thanks Jolette read more

Jolette and Mars were Fantastic. 5 stars isn't nearly enough. I have a new dog who is very shy and timid and they were very gentle with him; even went above and beyond to bring a wire cage with them to move him from my house to their work vehicle because he's a flight risk and I was worried he might bolt on them. But they were Excellent. The extra expense was well worth it for the convenience and how considerate they were. read more

Jolette is excellent. She does a wonderful job grooming both of my dogs (1 small and one medium). She takes her time with them. And grooms them with the cut that I ask for. They always look great and they love her and are happy to go in the van and get groomed when she comes.
