She kept me updated and arrived with enough time left for the four hours I felt the job needed. Not a moment of those four hours was wasted as LaTisha dove into the job immediately after a short discussion about what I expected. It was a busy day for me too and, because I work from home, it wasn't long before I was wrapped up with my own tasks. LaTisha went about her work as though we'd had a regular routine and adapted to the unfamiliar environment with the ability expected of a true professional. I barely noticed as she went about my home, dusting, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping every square foot as though it were her own. And the proof was in the spectacular results. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that he said he'd clean the windows and ended up asking to do it the next day which was the morning of the midday party. We said fine. But then he did not show up or answer my texts or calls until 2.5hrs after the time he was coming to say there was some problems with the vehicles. Understandable but I think it is key to let the customer know! So ended up having the party with not as clean windows. But from the standpoint of the carpet/rug cleaning the service and value was excellent.
