At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. (Master bath wasn't bad, nor the second bath, the 3rd bath was pretty rough and the 1/2 bath was a 10 min job if that) and the bedrooms. I was in the middle of washing and changing sheets so bedding was on the floor. Because you know, waiting around I had to get stuff done. One bath I didn't even want them to do because my son was sleeping. Then Anna texted me that they can't use my products and needs to use theirs. I said no as my son has cancer and that is very toxic and affects his lungs. Then she says I need a deep cleaning for $650 for ONLY the bathrooms. Then lowers to $390 with no kitchen. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. ​Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed. If you use this company, hire them exclusively for carpets, and avoid their house cleaning services. The only reason she gets a 2 star is because of her partner.
