I spent a couple of days looking for a piano tuner who seems to have a lot of experience and within my price range and location. I contacted him from his website and he emailed me back within a day. Compared to all the other I contacted, he was very quick. I believed that my piano was extremely bad and needed repairs so we made a two appointment days in case we needed the second day. He came in and quickly gave me a quote which was a lot lower then I expected from his website's price listing and we didn't need a second day. While he was working on the piano, he explained to me a couple of his instruments about what they are and used for. He also told me about worse case scenarios (string breaking) and what the aftermath would be. He was here for a few hours (2-3). He was very respectful and kind. My dog liked him too. :)

The manager, Bob, treated me with a level of disrespect that no customer should ever have to deal with.His attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and even racially offensive it made the entire visit uncomfortable. For I was on a call with my friend even she was very surprised how he treated me while I gave him the respect , I hope the company addresses this issue, because the way I was treated was completely unacceptable, none and absolutely none should have to deal with that that kind of childish behavior, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this location.
