They do everything beyond tuning: voicing, damper felt replacement, tuning pin re-sizing. REGULATION (their main service)... We are beyond blown away by what Action Piano Services did with our 1917 Schiedmayer grand, a piano we were fortunate to acquire from elsewhere -- a fine instrument visually and structurally, but in need of the kind of TLC that only someone with decades of experience could provide. I am not sure if anyone else in the Houston area does this kind of work.
