Entrance on main road (Haddon Ave) with outside seating.

Simple menu and always friendly service. Seating is tight, but there is outdoor space. The atmosphere is laid back; always good music playing.

I've been here twice so far and had a positive experience both times. I LOVE matcha, so I was intrigued when I saw the blueberry matcha tea. The employees were pleasant and even gave me options for non-dairy milk. I got my drink iced with oatmilk and it was absolutely delicious. They made it so quick that I was able to be in and out. I tried an apple turnover and that was the cherry on top. I'll definitely be back. It looks like they even have outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the last bit of warm weather.

Quaint, quirky, corner on Haddon Ave in Collingswood. There is adequate space to study at tables while having couches to lounge on to read or also get some work done. I ordered the Cafe BomBon, which is an espresso served over condensed milk -- very much like a Vietnamese Coffee. The drink is served hot but I recommend getting a cup of ice on the side pour the drink in once it is mixed. Not to mention the staff is wonderfully hospitable. Tips - I recommend the Cafe BomBon with ice on the side - Outlets are only available at the front table and stool-tables - Ask for the 10% student discount at the register -- it only applies during the weekday though

Fairly simple coffee shop - but the vibe is so dope! Couches and comfy chairs in the front, records and thrifty clothes line the walls. Good music playing but not too loud - went here this morning for work and found it pleasant. Ordered: Chai Tea Latte, warm and delicious

Chocolate chip cookie flavored hot chocolate! Delicious.

For a long time, I avoided this place ... just because I was close with someone who avoided this place and said it wasn't worth spending money here. Stupid, stupid. I live down the street and stopped in for the first time this morning. The line moved quickly, they serve La Colombe coffee, and the atmosphere is all you could want from a local coffee shop. But, the cream cheese. Pumpkin cream cheese. Goodness, that stuff is good. No, not the right word. Goodness, that stuff is heavenly. That's a bit better. I slathered my bagel with it, and I don't care how many calories I consumed. So worth it.

S'mores hot cocoa and blueberry scone

Super cute local coffee shop. I'm sitting here as I write this review! Atmosphere: Modern chic and cozy at the same time. A few single couch chairs in clusters and then a few rows of tables with chairs as well. Along the side wall are shelves of cute little items ranging from candle holders to teapots and mugs to handmade jewelry and soaps. They have a small rack for male and female clothing, just a handful of garments. They also have a sale section for $1 CDs or discounted merchandise. Prices were super fair. Food & Drinks: They have an assortment of baked goods (cookies, muffins, scones, etc.) and lots of drinks on their menu. They are currently doing a Hot Cocoa thing where you can get a hole punch whenever you buy hot cocoa here. They have more flavors of hot cocoa than I've ever seen (peppermint, Mexican, S'mores, coconut, and so many more!) I got the S'mores hot cocoa and it was delicious! With delicious thick whipped cream and marshmallows. YUM! I got their Blueberry scone as well-that wasn't very good actually. It lacked sweetness and flavor in general. Very bland and flavorless. I don't recommend it. I should've gone for the lemon poundcake instead, maybe. FREE WIFI. I'm a fan because of the comfy couches and free wifi and drink options. Parking on the street in front is only 50 cents for an hour, can't get cheaper than that for paid street parking.

Great iced mocha. I look for a shop that doesn't put chocolate syrup in and relies on the coffee and mocha powder.

The oatmeal was heavenly and just what I needed that morning while I polished off a great book.

I came to Grooveground looking for a place to study and a cold drink on a very hot day. Grooveground has a wonderful small town feel. It's located on a corner of a block filled with interesting restaurants. The coffee shop itself has a fine amount of tables and a cool wall full of jewelry, CD's, Coffee makers, and other things like a record player. I did not have trouble accessing an outlet, but there is not a whole lot of them so beware. I ordered the Wildberry Cold Frusion which to me tasted like a berry smoothie. It was very good especially on a hot day. The staff was very nice and they even have a weekday Student Discount (I believe it's 10% off so look out for that!). They have their menu on a TV screen which changes quite frequently so I largely relied on pictures I look of it. You can just pull up recent photos of their menu on Yelp! I would come back here if I was the area, although Parking was a little hard to find.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the area to study, meet up with friends and read. The vibe is very chill and relaxed with small tables, couches and a few taller tables (that work great as standing desks). Decently well lit for studying with a good amount of outlets to make this a place that I like to post up in for hours. During warmer months there is an outside garden area with benches and tables which is perfect for reading outside with a book and an iced coffee. Speaking of the coffee, it is pretty great. They serve La Colombe which is an automatic plus in my book. If you're not into coffee they have a decently large selection of teas and "coolers" which they describe to me as Italian sodas but I think are a little closer to like a Starbucks refresher. If you're hungry, they have a slightly larger menu for a cafe including omelettes, wraps, sandwiches, and baked goods. On top of the normal coffee shop things, Grooveground sells a bunch of knick-knack sort of things like mugs, ornaments during the holidays, jewelry, records, shirts, bags, handmade soaps etc etc etc the list goes on. I'd highly suggest giving Grooveground a try as long as you don't steal all my study space.

Only place locally that sells La Colombe Coffee. Friendly. Clean. Quiet. Located not far from PATCO.

I ordered one of their specialty iced coffees, the Chocolate Covered Banana. I'd normally avoid something like this because of the sugar, but it was surprisingly not overly sweet. That said, I didn't really taste much banana. The ordering setup is a bit unusual. You place food orders at one counter and coffee at another. The coffee came out quickly, but the Caesar wrap took over 20 minutes. It didn't seem especially busy in person, so they may have been juggling delivery orders. The kitchen is very small and appeared to have just one cook at the time. It's a family-run business, which is really sweet. It did seem like the owners' kids were working the counters, and they felt a bit inexperienced when it came to handling volume or order issues. On a nice day, it's a lovely spot to sit outside. In bad weather, though, takeout or delivery are really your only options. It's definitely on the pricier side. The Caesar wrap was over $15, and the coffee came to about $8 with tip, though both portions were quite large. I will say, the food is delicious. The wrap was honestly one of the best I've had. Freshly cooked warm chicken, just the right amount of dressing, fresh parmesan, crisp lettuce, all wrapped in a perfectly warmed wrap. I'll definitely be back, and I'm curious to see how they continue to grow and improve.

I had it once and it was so bad i never got anything again even though the menu does sound good. Its a small room inside its cute fine for getting coffee and leaveing. They have a patio outside. I will say the servers should do a better hob of greeting customers. Last time i went it wasnt crowded, no one at the coffee counter, and i stood there and stood there just waiting yo be acknowledged. There were two prople behind the counter a barely a few strps away both talking to each other while making something. It doesnt take much to look over and say hey ill be right with you. Also, the ice cups are quite flimsy you can hold it tight. The ice they use is large cubes which makes it hard to stir with the straw. The straws are too thin and flimsy to get through those bug ice cubes, and they are also too short to stir all the syrup that is at the bottom of the cup. I had to get a tall dunkin straw in order to finish my drink and properly mix up all the syrup that was sitting in the bottom. Can you please get better straws?

Just going to stop by since I was in the area. The bakery is in this shopping center and the parking lot was pretty full when I arrived Sunday afternoon. I agree with the reviewers that this place is small. I felt that I wanted to take my time looking at items but the space felt crowded while looking. Overall they had many options to choose some but there were some empty looking shelves in the far back. I managed to get a few items to try and a slice of cake. There are kiosks to also order drinks. The line was long but moved quickly. The items I tried: Cheesy hot dog: pretty good! very sweet bread with a tiny hot dog. White Chocolate strawberry: delicious strawberry filling. The bun was soft and not overly sweet. Berry bun: I got the very last one! DELISH! The bun of milky, soft and berry filled. My favorite probably. Taro bun: HUGE! Love the taro paste but the bread was alittle off since there was seeds in it. Not loving that texture Tiramisu cheesecake: very good fluffy cheesecake. Would have liked more tiramisu/coffee flavor. Chocolate bun: Another favorite. Very good chocolate fudge on the inside. Wish I bought 10 of theses. Egg tarts: I got the two pack. Wish I got the full box (maybe next time). Flaky buttery crust with sweet egg custard. Also a favorite. Overall everything I got was really good. I also loved that the prices were very affordable ($2-5). The only thing I would add is maybe to have more a description and allergens added to the cards so people with allergies could identify what they can and cannot eat. Cant wait to come back and maybe try one of the drinks :)
