The moment I walked in, the place smelled amazing and very clean. As soon as I gave my pup Bingsoo to Andrea, he gave her a lot of kisses, and I could immediately tell she genuinely loved dogs and loves her job. I felt so at ease knowing Bingsoo was in good hands. The whole team at Wooforia was very approachable. Priscilla ensured that we got helped and Crystal was amazing and very knowledgeable as she gave us some tips. We squealed in excitement when we came back to pick up Bingsoo. He got a bandana, smells lovely, and got 100 times cuter with his new puppy cut, which was the exact cut I wanted. They also gave us this portrait, which I almost jumped out of happiness. We already got him scheduled for his next grooming appointment. I cannot stress how amazing this place is, and this will definitely be the only place that I will take Bingsoo for grooming.

Found this place on Yelp and this was our second choice since our first choice did not answer their phone. We made a quick appt over the phone and it was smooth sailing. We ran a little bit late and tried to call while on the way but they were not picking up. We finally got to them literally a light away from there and they said they couldn't hear the phone cus of the dryers. We finally got there and we dropped him off. They said to come back within 2-3 hrs which was fine with us cus then he should be done right after our son gets out of school. They never called or texted till way later. I assume they had a lot of clients. Went back and got him all cleaned up. No special haircut or anything cus from what they said, our fluffy frenchie should not be cut like shaved off a lot cus they said his hair might not grow back a lot. So he got a good trim under his butt, behind his legs and the part that looks like a lions mane. They cut his nails but said it was hard cus he wouldn't really stay still. They cleaned his ears. They couldn't brush his teeth cus he was moving too much they said. So the lady told us to try to train him on that?.. the regular trim came wit cleaning ears and cutting nails so it was I think $80 or $85. I think it would've been $10 more for teeth brushing.. they added a lil bandana as well to his neck. So cute. The dude we talked to when dropping him off was koo but the lady after picking him up was a lil stiff and sounded frustrated.. the place is kinda expensive compared to our first choice that offered $60-$65 for the same thing. The place walking in had shelves that was all empty. Not sure why..

We love looking at the adoptable cats, the many varieties of fish, and all the birds and guinea pigs. There's always something fun to see, even if we're just stopping in for treats. We also meet other nice dog owners and their dogs, and we can walk in with our dog leash on. There is plenty of parking space outside, and the inside is well organized. They also offer dog training classes, which we plan on signing up for in the future. They have a vet area too, which is really convenient. Overall, it's a fun place to visit with friendly staff and a great selection of pet supplies and treats.

From big (90 lbs Rottweiler) to tiny (3.5 lbs Yorkie), they have treated them amazingly, regardless of advanced age, health fragility, medications, or disposition. Currently, my French Bulldog, Sophie, loves staying at Brittney's. She gets social time to boss new friends around, and enjoys the human attention.
