Our dog needed a cut bad cus his hair was growing out like crazy. He's never gotten groomed before so we didn't know how he would react. Found this place on Yelp and this was our second choice since our first choice did not answer their phone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We made a quick appt over the phone and it was smooth sailing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We ran a little bit late and tried to call while on the way but they were not picking up. We finally got to them literally a light away from there and they said they couldn't hear the phone cus of the dryers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We finally got there and we dropped him off. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They said to come back within 2-3 hrs which was fine with us cus then he should be done right after our son gets out of school.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They never called or texted till way later. I assume they had a lot of clients.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Went back and got him all cleaned up. No special haircut or anything cus from what they said, our fluffy frenchie should not be cut like shaved off a lot cus they said his hair might not grow back a lot. So he got a good trim under his butt, behind his legs and the part that looks like a lions mane. They cut his nails but said it was hard cus he wouldn't really stay still. They cleaned his ears. They couldn't brush his teeth cus he was moving too much they said. [[HIGHLIGHT]]So the lady told us to try to train him on that?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].. the regular trim came wit cleaning ears and cutting nails so it was I think $80 or $85. I think it would've been $10 more for teeth brushing.. they added a lil bandana as well to his neck. So cute. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dude we talked to when dropping him off was koo but the lady after picking him up was a lil stiff and sounded frustrated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. the place is kinda expensive compared to our first choice that offered $60-$65 for the same thing. We took our dog for a grooming service @10am & after 5 hours of not hearing from them we decided to call & find out if our dog was ready. The guy at the front desk answered & he said let me check, a few seconds pass & he was like "yeah he's ready". When we brought him home we noticed he kept licking his paw come to find out he was bleeding a lot from a large cut on his paw after noticing his entire mouth and paw was full of blood. We took him back because his cut looked really bad. We think that the reason we waited 5 hours was because they knew they had cut him & were waiting for his cut to stop bleeding. They did not let us know of their mistreatment & were acting like they didn't know that they had cut his paw. We had to ask them to put some sort of treatment/ bandage on but they showed no effort or acceptance of what they did. After they gave us our dog we still weren't sure if the cut was good to heal so we had ask them to bandage it but they refused. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When trying to ask what had happened and how weren't they aware of what happened they said that our "dog didn't cry" & for that didn't pay attention.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I proceeded to ask for the owner's number & they also said no. That the owner will contact me. The owner has not contacted us once.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They then tried gaslighting us saying that our dog appears to have a medical condition and that the cut was self inflicted from licking despite not having any injuries prior to taking him there . The only thing they're willing to do is provide the next service for free, but how can we take him back knowing the type of bad service they do. Awful experience. I brought my 5 pound yorkie mix today and walked out paying $115 she is literally 5 pounds?! I was told she was in heat and due to that I needed to pay a special handling fee but $115 is insanity to me. She also did not bleed once on our entire drive there so I find the excessive bleeding weird she literally was on my chest the entire car ride, she's also bald. $115 to have a bald rat handed to me, I couldn't balded her myself with my own clippers, will never come back read more

I had my golden retriever in there 3 times the 1's was great the #2 was alright, but the 3rd time. First I asked them to call me when they were almost done, they did not ! They had her in a cage, and I had ask please do not put her in a cage. She weights about 100lbs, they had her on a table up in the air, I know she was scared to death. My daughter is a groomer in Fl. she puts the large dogs on the floor. Ok the bad part that made me sick is what they did to her. Behind her ears they shaved her so close she was bleeding. They did not even mention it to me. I saw it when I got home. It was after 5:00 so the next morning I had to take her to the Vet. the pictures are after the Vet. I've been taking my dogs here 3 times and see if they improved and they still turned out bad. They have the option for full service and they didn't have full service at all. My dogs don't have a good smell meaning I believe they haven't got a bath. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I keep asking the employees to make sure that my dog's nails are ALL cut and they haven't cut them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They didn't cut the nails on the thumbs after I told them to cut it off even though they don't let. For one of my dog's they cut their face one side long and the other side short. For the other one same situation. They don't look like they're professionally done. My dogs are 6lb and very cooperative. It's their job whether if the dog is cooperative or not to handle the situation because they are charging us the full amount but no full service. Wow, I am so happy with this groomer. We had a mobile groomer we loved but she moved out of state. We looked for a long time for someone who did a good job; someone we could trust & feel comfortable leaving our 2 pups with. This place is convenient to get to, in a nice area, has cute doggie art & is immaculately clean. We immediately felt comfy with the gentleman, Antonio, who greeted us. He listened to our request as we showed him previous pictures & assured us the pups would be fine. He gave a 4 hr window as our pups were pretty grubby. WOW! They were done on time & looked amazing! They are always excited to run in, and that is comforting in that they are telling me it's a good, safe, happy environment. We are always happy with their grooming. We always get the full package with teeth and nails, and even the holiday package when available. Our groomer always ask questions before taking dogs back and listens to any requests or concerns. I was really excited to finally groom my cat since its been a while, I stumbled across paws r us and I do not recommend this place. I'm sorry I asked for a sanitary trim all around mind you I have a Maine coon cat I asked for my cats hair to be cut we did a full consultation I pay 125 I leave my cat for about 4-5 hours I pick my son up and he was washed and just his chest area was shaved his paws were still fully outgrown the the groomer said he didn't do no other cutting even tho we agreed on trimming him down due to the hot weather rolling in if I wanted him to be trimmed down some more I'd have to pay another 50 dollars but when we did a consultation in the morning that wasn't mentioned 1 outta 10 don't recommend for cats my cat looks a mess I should of known better when all they advertised was dogs mind you he only trimmed one of my cats legs when he has 4 paws read more

I came in here a while back with my Corgi to get her groomed. In a nutshell, I asked them to trim along with the normal wash etc, and she came out COMPLETELY shaven. My dog looked ridiculous. I paid $90. What bothered me most was when I told them how unhappy I was they told me they basically don't know how to properly trim her breed. Then, they said I could no longer come back there for services and gave me $20 in return. I would have just appreciated if they told me they didn't know how to trim her ahead of time, and weren't so rude. A sorry would have sufficed.
