From doggy daycare to boarding and grooming, their staff truly goes above and beyond, and you can tell Charlie absolutely loves it there. Whenever we ask her if she wants to "go to school," she immediately starts running around in excitement and doesn't stop until she's in the arms of a Wagmore team member, ready to play with her doggie friends. When we travel (which is often for both work and leisure), we have total peace of mind knowing she's safe, happy, and in great hands. Even when we miss her and call for an update, the staff never hesitate to let us know how she's doing. It's rare to find a place that feels like a second home for your pet, but that's exactly what Wagmore is for Charlie. I will once again meet with the owner to see what they can do to reassure me of their capability to run an effective business, but as a 13 year customer who apparently has Stockholm syndrome, I'd caution anyone from getting into this cycle of abuse. But their groomer is excellent! She cares, does a great job, and is a true professional and a delight.

I actually tried to make clear it wasn't a money thing and offered to pay double just so we could have a discussion about all the charges but even that didn't work. :) Just plan on $100-$120 a day and if they offer you a bathing or grooming session know that is going to cost the price of the Bathing AND an additional day charge for the dog staying late to have to done. (again.. double) I think its that they list a "lodging" charge but then also have a "Spa" charge so you're paying separately for the day and the nights but thats not really disclosed anywhere and they don't want to explain any of the prices or how they got there.

Instead of helping, they put me on hold and were rude and dismissive, telling me they couldn't do anything. I completely understand if a clinic isn't equipped for emergencies -- but at least have the compassion to guide someone to where they can go, rather than acting like they don't care. This wasn't the first time, either. Our older dog also has seizures, and when we brought her in, the vet didn't even believe us. It took multiple visits and finally showing a video for them to acknowledge what was happening. It's clear they don't truly listen or care about what their patients' families tell them. I trusted them with my babies, and I'll never go back.

I'd previously taken my late service dog there, and they'd saved her life, so I knew that I could trust them. Nayeli was our vet tech, and she was very thorough. She explained everything in a way that I could understand, and she allowed me to pick and choose what I wanted them to do for Smokey from the treatment plan. Dr Taylor was very gentle with Smokey dog, and also very helpful in explaining everything for me. They gave Smokey an injection of anti nausea medicine, and he's already feeling so much better! He hadn't played with his treasured toys in days, but immediately after having his breakfast of chicken and rice he ran to get his toys from his kennel and began to play with them! I'm very grateful for Nayeli and Dr Taylor. Five stars. Oh! They have a military discount!

We left him with Marlene for two weeks (couldn't imagine doing this, but we weren't having much luck getting him where he needed to be). We went on vacation for a week, and then picked him up a week after that. The results have been pretty remarkable. He is much calmer and no longer jumps on us. We are continuing the training ourselves (she gave us information on how to reinforce the progress she made).
