I paid for a one year subscription, used their platform for a few days. Their service was marketed to provide valuable investment information but actually it was extremely basic and just total trash content that you could easily find on google with little effort. Then I was unable to access their content 5 days after I signed up. I contacted these people three times in the last month and have not heard back from them. From what I experienced, I concluded that I got scammed.

The original processor when I submitted paperwork on the 25th of JULY submitted my TERMINATION request for a LOAN approval? Then somewhere in this mess, they lost my paperwork, didn't scan certain items in, made me mail all the originals, never recieved it and then processed a scan I EMAILED to them which I know was illegal. This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever dealth with, and it's even worse because the majority of the customer base is ELDERLY folk who trust in them to hold their thousands, even millions, safely and they couldn't even process $1,000 for me properly.
