I've worked with a different probate attorney in Redlands before, so will be using them for trust administration. That said, need simple documentation for Trust Certification. The Elder and Disability Law Firm will only supply me with a copy of an 86 page Trust document. There is no simple Trust Certification document - which should be standard so that banks and other organizations don't need to have the entire trust document. They just need the name of the trust and identification of the successor trustee. Do not understand how a law firm that specializes in this doesn't have this documentation readily available. They had the gall to tell me that the estates "new lawyer" should draw one up. I suppose this level of incompetence justifies using a different lawyer to handle the estate.
