I told the sales associate this is why we are unable to do business with them anymore. she told me she was glad we aren't doing business with them and hoped I had the kind of day I deserved. I had hopes not to share all of our issues over the years with this company. However, after today, I need to let other potential customers know this is how they will be treated. They kicked off the…read moreprocess with a very thorough overview of the process, clearly explained the process, and the painstaking steps they'd take to ensure that our home would be clean and undamaged throughout the process -- they put dropcloths and plastic over anything that could get paint or debris on it, and used a floor covering to protect our floors from any paint or foot traffic from the crew. All in all, it was above and beyond the sort of precautions I'd ever expect -- but obviously hugely appreciated! The work itself was done incredibly efficiently and with a very high level of craft. As part of the job, they painted our trim, doors and installed new baseboards and hardware. All of that work was done very quickly, and with a very high level of craftsmanship. We were so happy with the work, we hired them a few weeks later to tackle the exterior of our home, and the team was incredibly helpful in consulting on how to pick colors, how to approach the trim, gutters and front door. Again, the team was incredibly thoughtful about protecting our home during the process, and the crew was INCREDIBLY efficient. The entire exterior -- including initial prep and cleaning work -- only took 3 days from start to finish. We've been thrilled with Ibanez and have recommended them to many friends. When we have another painting job, we'll definitely reach out to them again!

They painted our picket fence in our front yard and did a great job and took care to prevent paint from getting on our vehicles, plants, or on the sidewalk. They ensured that the paint they used would withstand the weather and sun and so far it has held up great! Our interior jobs were great too. We asked them to paint a brand new addition to our house - walls, ceiling, door, windows, and crown molding. They primed, painted, and made the new room look amazing. I'm a recent retiree and the first thing I wanted to do was get my house trim and fascia…read morereplaced/repaired and painted. There were many cracked trim boards and I had one fascia board that woodpeckers had damaged over the years. I selected All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction for two reasons: 1) That had excellent BBB and customer ratings. 2) Their bid was much lower than the other bidders. Three subcontractors came to do the work. 1st) Did the carpenter repairs which took about a week. 2nd) Primed all the new bare wood and double layered the house with Sherwin Williams Super Paint which I had to pay extra for and well worth it. This took about 4 days. 3rd) New gutters to the new trim which was completed in two hours. All three subcontractors for All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction did a very expert job and I'm very happy with the results. I recommend anyone looking to have their house painted to go with this company. The job will be done right!
