Our ground water is laden with salts, so it is aggressive toward any metal, and it leaves residue on windows. Keep the sprinkles off my stuff. This is life along the shore in Florida. We've lived here over 20 years, and we have learned to keep an eye on this. Davidson Irrigation lives here; they know this! Sprinkler water erodes metal and messes up your windows. No one gets paid good money for adjusting heads. They found a couple of sprinkler heads to replace. They promised they had adjusted everything to keep clear of A/C, windows, and the lanai. I never checked on that; I just trusted the professionals. -- Big mistake! This week, about two weeks after their visit, my wife asks why the lanai is wet and why were two windows covered in sprinkler residue? One of the new sprinkler heads throws water three feet into the lanai. I had a 180 degree head there, and he replaced with a 360! Another head pours water six feet deep into the lanai, covering the entire corner where the screen door is. That door has been replaced twice in 20 years because of the water that the wind barely blows toward it on occasion. Now we have direct corrosive water whenever that sprinkler is on. I give the screen door about three months before it needs replacement. -- On the other side of that 180% arc from that head we have a dry spot, all brown. The head that drenches our lanai also sprays onto two windows. We have lived here 23 years and never had problems to this extent. We usually pay $65 to $80, maybe $110 if there is a new head. We paid over $250, and it is far worse than when we started. So let's call them and have them fix it. ---- Are you nuts? Look at the one-star reviews here on Yelp. People pay good money for fixes, and the fixes fail. The company comes out and finds ways to charge you even more. I see nowhere where they take responsibility and make it right. I cannot tell you what they are thinking or what their plan is, but I can tell you how it feels. We made specific requests to keep the sprinklers off our lanai. They installed two new heads that drench our lanai. We asked them to keep the water off our windows. They made it worse. They left a sprinkler head that pops up three feet over a garden - left that dripping water, not sprinkling at all. That is another charge they can make when we cal them to come back and fix their mistakes. My expectation is that they will come out, fail to take responsibility, and then find ways to charge us more. That is the track record that is evident on the other 1-star reviews - READ THEM! I wouldn't call Davidson Irrigation if my life depended on it. When they show up, your condition gets worse, not better.

Most of their plants were priced less than the big box stores and you got a much better plant for that lower price. The plants were not marked well in that it was difficult to find names and care instructions. The workers could answer question knowledgeably and then they would write up a tag. You then took the tag inside to pay. Other than a few more signs or printed instruction I have no other suggestion
