They spray everything with weed killer. That includes the edges of the grass adjacent to the beds and some of the real plantings. Sprayer doesnt know the difference or doesn't care. Trim of shrubs was ok, but lots of debris left in the beds. Our cost for these guys went up over 20% year over year. I have yet to see a lawn mower go the full length between our houses. They talked a great story pre-contract but reality is diappointing. Now we have been formally told if homeowner trim planting and leave at the road they will not pick it up. Were doing the work we paid them to do, and they wont even pick up the debris.

We were heartbroken. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. Rather than offering to make it right, we were told to simply wait several months to see if they recover. In the meantime, we're left staring at a front yard that no longer resembles what we paid for. I'm furious. For the price we pay, we expected a team that takes pride in their work and values their customers. Unfortunately, that hasn't been our experience. However, we wanted to get ahead of hurricane season by taking trees away from the roof and gain more protection from wildfires by cleaning up the wooded areas that were overgrown and encroaching on the house. Every person working here was respectful of us and our property. We feel like a whole new world has opened up here, and Dave keeps reminding us that this is only the beginning of the possibilities.
