Boss came out twice and looked and wasn't happy but no one ever got back with me. One section for return was missing an end cap. Gaps in duct work and no tape in many spots. Return wasn't close to air return on center wall. We notice this when trying to bracing our floor joist under our combo washer. We wanted heat and cool our nook and after having to tear up the floor to do foundation repair we notice that the hole and air duct was only heating and cooling between two beams and not under the crawl space. So what do you do? Fix yourself I guess... save your money and call someone who doesn't want paid upfront for work never done right or at all. Three months after system was put in we waited on air ducts to be finished and they were never finished correctly or what agreement papers stated.

Essentially, the faucet on my home is old and it didn't even require any actually work. He tightened what needed to be tightened and showed me in my basement where the shut off value is to prevent any further leaking. He advised that he wouldn't charge me anything since he didn't really "do anything" but I still paid him. Time is money and it's the holidays. His honesty and reassurance of the issue and his care of showing me how to do something myself was worth writing a check. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services when needed.
