Instead of replacing some cabinetry that was out of reach he moved the existing cabinetry down a few inches and built a nice soffit. His finish work is so well done that you can't hardly tell there was ever a repair. A few weeks later I hired him to do some painting and landscaping cleanup, his crew is kind and respectful (as is Juan). They were all careful to prepare the work area to prevent damage and cleaned up well after the job was done.
