The company went above and beyond. Not only is it now to code, but they also made it look so much better. Professional and clean! Their charge was more than fair. Then after our recent rain storms, the circuit breaker failed. They came back today and not only replaced, but problem solved and developed a solution to prevent any leaking into the box. They did not charge me for new parts or labor and considered this a warranty. Tim and his team are my go to for all of our Electrical Projects. He Upgraded my old faulty panel to a 200 Amp Panel, did electrical wiring for my pool, electrical wiring for a mini split, Installed a 100 amp sub panel in my garage and a ton of outlets, two bath fans, multiple outlets on the outside of my house. We also added a bunch of recessed lights as well. Most recently I replaced my ceiling fans and the prior owner had done a pretty poor job with a junction box, so I called Tim back to install a new junction box and patch up the ceiling. This was the smallest job we had Tim do, and he was in and out within an hour. Each and every time we call Chelsea to schedule she is on point with scheduling and Tim will show up on time. It's pretty amazing to see how his team has grown over the last few years. I would also give 10 Stars if I could. Their price was fair but the service and quality was even better. They added several canned lights (20), move 1 light, installed a celing fan, 2 plug receptacles. They gently made suggestions for athetic reasons so it would look better but left the decision to us. They are coming back at the end of the month for some other electrical work that cannot be done now and I am sure we will have other work for them. On the scheduled date, Kyle F. called to say he was on his way and he arrived as scheduled on the dot. I explained there was an outside yard area GFI that kept tripping and when reset would also trip the 20amp breaker. I also admitted to him that I tried fixing it and possibly making things worse LoL. Just had the most amazing experience with Grounded electric. Tim was very responsive to my initial work inquiries, and once the project was booked kept in contact with em with regular reminders. On the day of, him and his team arrived promptly, kept me updated on their ETA. I had several projects planned, switching out lights, installing new fan and chandelier on a 20 foot entryway. The whole job took maybe 1.5 hours. The chandelier looked a little lopsided due to manufacturing problems , but the team took special care in making adjustments to get the fixture looking great, even if it meant they had to do twice the work.
