This place has some of the best service. The people who work there are very kind. The iced tea has a hint of cinnamon in it and it is delicious. It is quite refreshing. They also have food and I have enjoyed the scones, chicken salad and quiche quite a bit too. The quiche and chicken salad come with fresh fruit and it is so perfect! The best part is there is a drive-thru if you don't want to go in. They also have outdoor seating too. read more

I enjoyed the atmosphere of this cafe and the interior design is appealing. The drink I ordered (hazelnut latte) came out fine, however, for the cafes that I go to I wish some attempt of latte art was done for it. It's just a personal thing that makes me want to rate a cafe higher. As for ordering the drink, it was awkward standing there waiting to pay for my drink as the barista was making it for me. I'm not ana vid coffee drinker but like to have one once in a while. While I waited for my son to get a haircut next door, I decided to drive thru for a cold beverage. I let them know I don't come there often so needed a minute and they offered to have me pull up to the window so we could chat and they'd make some recommendations. I left with exactly what I was craving. Excellent customer service and product. I went toGrounds for Celebration on a Saturday morning and it was FULL. There was no parking available except for side street parking with a bit of a walk and all of the tables inside and out were full, so come early! I decided to skip waiting for a table and did the drive through. The staff was nice and I ordered an iced vanilla latte. It was very rich tasting but overall I think a bit over priced for what I got (12oz iced vanilla latte no other customizations) for $5.63. I'll try again to see if sitting in and getting a hot drink is better read more

I love Grounds For Celebration (and this location specifically). The staff are all very friendly, and I work close by, so we've gotten to know each other in the approximately zillion times I've been here. If you call ahead, you can get a coffee from their coffee farm in Panama!! (they don't always have it brewed up). They have lunch and a variety of special coffee drinks. I usually go for a sandwich / soup or salad combo with a coffee on the side for lunch. The place is relatively small, but holds about 25 people at a time, with some additional outdoor seating. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Occasionally, they are slow. The owner is amazing and if your food takes way too long, she may throw in a treat for your trouble. The staff is wonderful though, and makes up for it completely. To sum up : go here for some good coffee and a chill vibe and grab some food if you're in the mood. read more

I love supporting local establishments and lucky for me, this one is right down the street. It's nice to run into neighbors and familiar faces too. My pooch and I typically take a Saturday morning stroll and stop in on our way home. I like that they always have a bowl of water outside for the furbabys. I tie him to the table while I run in and get a coffee, a pastry snack, and a puppy latte (whipped cream in a cup). The best experience I had so far was when the owner, who I didn't know was the owner at the time, waited on me. She was very kind. I usually get a raspberry latte but today I saw the list of seasonal drinks and tried the oatmeal cookie latte iced with a blueberry muffin. The latte was okay, may not be the best one to try iced. I get an iced white mocha from this coffee shop every day. And sometimes I have 2! - The owner and staff are friendly and courteous giving the shop a good neighborhood feel. The drive-through is small so there's never a long line, it moves quickly, and they give my dog a treat, which he loves. -- The coffee has a caffeine level that seems to be super charged, it gets me moving in the morning! The flavor of the beans is clean and not nutty, I especially like their Luna tango beans for coffee brewing. Quick, easy, great coffee, great people, I will be back tomorrow morning! read more

We stop by Grounds for Celebrations often and have been for years. Most occasions the coffee is good and enjoyable. Sometimes you get a bitter cup here and there. Styrofoam cups need replaced. Coffee just doesn't taste as good in styrofoam. But we go back to support local business. My husband likes their tea choices. And overall the staff is friendly. There are times where a few are less than happy to be there and you can sense it when you order, smile and say thank you and don't get a response back. Courtesy goes a long way for us and keeps us coming back but too many times now we have experienced certain staff members lack of courtesy for customers. A simple smile or "you're welcome" would suffice and keep us coming back. All in all, decent place for coffee and tea with some yummy desserts and comfy atmosphere. read more

Just moved to the area and was excited to have a coffee shop so close,the coffee is fantastic but I work nights and I've stopped in three times to find the same unfriendly girl working.She always seems put out that she has to pour my large black coffee! I tipped the first two times so I know it's not that but I refuse to continue to tip her when she is so rude!She is a bit heavy set and seems really unhappy but I'm sorry I pay for the whole coffee experience and that is why I come in and do not use the drive thru! Close to where I live, good coffee and pastries. No complaints about anything except the drive-thru. For some reason I consistently receive awkward/abrupt service when using the drive-thru. Employees often say nothing in response to my thank-you when they hand me my order and sometimes seem inconvenienced. The other bizarre thing is that when I hand them cash for one or two cents over the total, they don't give me back change or even ask me if I want my change back (ex. my order cost $4.29, I paid with 4 + quarter + nickel because I didn't have pennies). I've had this happen more than once with not one but two different employees. I know it's just a penny but I still think that this is a very strange and off-putting customer service practice. There's a Starbucks not much further up the road and I'm feeling more inclined lately to give my business to them because of the weird service at this place. read more
