Was only one hour so not alot of visual. But did give a different look to Lovers leap and information about the river. The boat staff were friendly and they did provide food and drinks for purchase. Hot dogs, chic salad, nachos, popcorn , candy..and did look like it had a full bar. The boat was very comfortable. Three levels. Deck one is all inside, deck 2 is in and out and three all out. One thing I was said about is they have cover over the paddlewheel so you couldn't see it. Kinda defeats the purpose of being on a paddleboat....is to see the paddlewheel. Lol Be prepared that the water is not clear like the ocean or gulf....but the Muddy Mississippi. At this time it was above the banks so lots of debre. **parking is a bit tricky, the handicapped assigned parking is NOT the closest parking to the gangway. Be prepared to walk if using a walker! Not handicapped friendly for parking.

My people were not at all happy and neither was I. It was a BIG mistake that I'll never make again. Jim is so knowledgeable of the Old Order Amish that his 2 1/2 hour tour just flies by before I know it. Every time I go he gives some additional information that wasn't on the tour before so he keeps his tour fresh and very entertaining. It's so easy to tell that Mr. loves his job and loves living among the Amish people. Jim is a great speaker with a great voice for his job and is very professional at it. Whatever you do don't make the same mistake that I did one time and book your Jamesport Amish Colony Tour with someone else. It's just NOT worth it!

Our tour guide was Avery and he was fantastic! From the middle that we stepped out to take a picture in front of the cave until we exited through the gift shop. It was a great experience. We walked through places in the cave that were noted in the adventures of Tom Sawyer, and through the cave history, including the thousands of signatures in the cave. We also participated in 15 through a pay dirt bag. This space is grade for all ages, and they have ample souvenirs. In the gift shop. We even visited the winery across the street. We look forward to potentially camping there in the future.

First of all, we waited a good 30 minutes after the music festival ended for the trolley to arrive. The wait was so long that 3 trolleys-worth of people were waiting. When the trolley arrived the driver (who was extremely rude) told us that this was the last trolly of the night, so everyone squeezed on. It felt very unsafe especially with the hilly terrain. We will use an Uber next time!!!!
