The entire time our son has such a fun time that he asks to come to the appointments. They allow them to learn and develop skills but the children just think they're playing. The staff really develop a bond with the kids that's hard to find at most places. The building is a bit on the older side but they have a cute play area for the kids to entertain themselves in while they wait. Even with insurance it is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it!

When Jennifer started with us we thought she was great. It became a nightmare very quickly. She was to conduct a report for our lawyers after evaluating myself, my ex husband, and my daughter. My ex husband at the time had some issues with alcohol and since been identified as neglectful towards our child. When it was time to publish the report, she kept giving excuses and giving different dates to publish. TWO YEARS went by and the report was never published. My attorney as well as myself reached out to her multiple times, showed up to her office, she completely avoided us. We had to have a judge ORDER HER to complete the report. She still did not do that. She ended up having to return us our money we paid her and even then it's an injustice. Wasted time, wasted money, and even worse my own child warmed up to her and asking "why don't I go to see Ms. Jennifer anymore?" The most unprofessional experience I have ever incurred at the hands of a "licensed professional" and I will be filing a formal complaint with the board. This person shouldn't even hold a license.

As a former service member I suffer with autoimmune disorder, fibromyalgia and low Testosterone levels which I feel were brought on by my exposure to burn pits. I also have a history of shoulder, hand, and back surgeries which in May, 2022 forced me to undergo an L4/L5/SI back fusion surgery to remedy degenerative discs and herniations. As soon as it was permitted after I began physical therapy (PT). I have severe neuropathy to my left leg/foot while my right foot also remains numb. Needless to say my balance and other motor skills are severely delayed. While making some progress with PT, I began experiencing a new numbness now in my fingers, hands and arms. For every good day, I experienced 3 bad days where I just wanted to stay in bed, be left alone and suffer through the head and body aches all with living with the uncertainty of not knowing if I can regain any quality of life. I was at 6 month post surgery when I Iearned of Dr. Garoppo' s practice from someone I met at PT.
