Tony and his staff were fantastic but that same level of professionalism and excellent customer service has disappeared now. I am not sure how long Sarah Hernandez has been the office "manager ", but she needs a complete attitude overhaul and some self repairing herself. You don't ever tell a customer "Well, it's your fault for not providing us that information....". Is that how you respond to a customer? They did not try to fix it, but they blamed on me that my car had those before called rockchips. My daughter recommended Grove Body Shop to repair a nice dent I put in my car. What a great company with which to do business! I first spoke with Sarah on the phone, and Ken took care of my issue when I when in for an estimate. I fully expected to be without my car for at least 2 weeks, so it was no problem when Ken called a couple of days later to tell me the car wouldn't be ready till the following week. On Wednesday of the following week, Ken called to tell me everything was done and I could pick up the car that afternoon. What a great surprise! Even better, the car looked wonderful!
