Tony and his staff were fantastic but that same level of professionalism and excellent customer service has disappeared now. I am not sure how long Sarah Hernandez has been the office "manager ", but she needs a complete attitude overhaul and some self repairing herself. This review is long overdue! Ken, and his staff were incredible through the entire process of repairing our 2021 Chevy Tahoe after the front bumper was crushed back in May. My daughter recommended Grove Body Shop to repair a nice dent I put in my car. What a great company with which to do business! I first spoke with Sarah on the phone, and Ken took care of my issue when I when in for an estimate. I fully expected to be without my car for at least 2 weeks, so it was no problem when Ken called a couple of days later to tell me the car wouldn't be ready till the following week.
