The first time I messed my Volvo SUV up pretty badly and they fixed it good as new, this second time was my brand new Audi. Tho's Auto Collision is probably top 3 places with above and beyond customer service. I contacted them through Yelp and Loan texted my number once she saw my request. I got hit on the freeway and I wanted to get my car fixed in OC even though I live in SD (family is in OC and I grew up in the area so I really only trust what I'm familiar with). Right away, Loan went above and beyond to understand my request and work with my schedule and GEICO insurance. I originally was going to get my car inspected in San Diego by a body shop that was approved by GEICO then drive to SD to get it fixed by Tho's but Loan told me I could save myself the trouble of going to multiple body shops by just taking it to them and she can call a GEICO person to come to their body shop for the inspection. From there, Loan took care of EVERYTHING for me (after I made a claim to GEICO) by being in direct communication with GEICO and handling all the insurance stuff for me. Literally an angel bc this was my first accident and I was so overwhelmed with insurance and how this all works. Bonus points, they washed my car for me after they fixed my bumper! She was willing to stay a bit after hours so that I can drive up to OC after my work day and the repairs took about a week! I highly highly recommend bringing your business here. I'm not sure what more I can say. Loan and her team did a fantastic job on my 2017 Mazda CX-5. This is my third car with Tho. All of my experiences with Tho have been consistently the same. This is the reason that I keep coming back to Tho and Loan should an unfortunate accident would to occur. From the initial phone to when the car was finished took the exact amount of time that they had promised that it would take with no delays. Loan handled everything thru our insurance regarding deductible, payments and cost differences to minimize my out-of-pocket cost. I really appreciated this. The front end looks like a brand new car with the job they did. The estimate was done quickly and on the spot. They even washed and cleaned the inside of my car better than a service at a dealership, no joke! I told Loan that I actually felt guilty about them washing and cleaning my car. So this means it might have been a more optimistic estimate compared to others I got. 2800, 3200, 4k, multiple 5ks were the quotes I got submitting my pictures to other places. After teardown estimate was around 4k. I was going to pay out of pocket but opted to go with insurance, whole process was smooth because of Loan, great with details, breakdowns, etc Quality of work: 10/10 above & beyond Cleaned the car interior/exterior as well, inflated tires, can't comment on the technicals but the car seems to be in great comforting. I just got my car fixed at this repair shop. The manager Loan was so down to earth, helpful and honest about their pricing. She could have charged me around $400-$600 to replace my entire side car mirror (which is what other shops were quoting me), but after sending her pictures she was quick to note that only the cap was damaged, and that was the only part that needed to be fixed. Being that I don't know anything about cars, I was thankful that she was honest with me as she could have told me I needed to replace my entire side mirror (like the other car shops) and I would have believed her. A few months back, my Corolla was rear ended at a stoplight and suffered a sizable dent in the rear bumper. Once I got the insurance settlement from the at-fault party, I started researching repair shops in the West OC area. I got estimates from several auto repair shops in the area until I eventually chose to go with Loan at Tho's. Loan is such a nice person and really cares about her customers. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and did everything she could to reduce the amount I'd have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. The price was incredibly competitive from the get-go, but Loan was able to bring it down even more after determining what insurance-recommended repairs would be unnecessary to fix the damage. Needless to say, Loan also did an excellent job at fixing up my Corolla! The car was repaired with OEM parts and looks brand new from the back. Loan was also thoughtful enough to give me my new emblems to plasti dip while the car was being repaired (as I had done with my old emblems). I ended up keeping them off after seeing how good the car looked without them, but she offered to put them on for me any time in the future at no charge if I ever change my mind! Finally, Loan had the car washed before I picked it up, and it certainly looked as clean as the day I got it. Hit a cone on the freeway and busted my mercedes day running light and my side trim flew off ;( I got my day running lights replaced by Tho's and they replaced the side trim as well and painted it. I valet parked my car at a high end restaurant in Laguna Beach and when the valet brought my car back...they had damaged the exact same spot that I had fixed a few months earlier from a previous mishap. I brought my car to this location twice the first time I scratched my car on the back driver side as I pulled out of my sister house and the second time I drove out of my community and the gate closed on me while I was waiting for the on coming car to turn in.
