I left the place to get coffee with a friend and I think within 1 hr they called me saying they were done with it! I brought my 24 Honda HRV in for repair after a commercial truck damaged my front bumper. The repair lasted about 2 weeks and I frequently checked in for updates. Golden Auto Body was very accommodating and kept me in the loop, which I greatly appreciated. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I paid the deductible but I could not tell the bumper was gone a few weeks earlier. It looked brand new! Outstanding bodywork and service. I wrecked my 2006 Lexus is350. I thought it was totaled. Nick and his crew were able to repair it to brand new condition, including locating and installing an aftermarket rare rim. Not only did they fix the car, they finished it 2 days early - from the original 2 weeks time they quoted me, saving me money on the rental car. They kept in contact with me regularly on the status of the vehicle. The repair estimate was lower than the competitors, and they came in right on the money. As well - I had a preexisting dead screen on my console which the dealership quoted me $3100 to repair. Nick found a replacement and replaced it for $350. The car looks, runs and drives fantastic. I got into an accident a few months ago, and needed to replace a bunch of parts. My head light bracket also broke but they told me they could glue it together or find a more cost effective solution rather than replacing it if I wanted to. Golden auto body would call weekly and update me on when the parts would come in, give an estimate on how much everything would cost and they said it could be done in a day. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done in 6 hours! My car was vacuumed, and washed when I got back which I wasn't expecting. They never take more than a week their partner directly with a rental car company called enterprise the process is always very smooth. It's never hard to get an update on my car if I call they're always able to answer any questions. All my family goes here and I'm very pleased with the service I get from Golden auto body. The most honest people and the best service. Nick and James had great communication since the beginning of my repair. They were realistic with the time it would take for my repairs to be done but offered help if it took longer. My car was supposed to be returned to me after the thanksgiving holiday but they got it done and back to me before the holiday weekend. We have had to turn to Golden three times now, and each time they delivered. We've dealt with three different employees over the years and they are all excellent - the last one we dealt with was Nick. Nick is professional and keeps you informed of their progress. We've been rear-ended twice and had one hit-and-run, and we always tell our insurance we're going to Golden. They're preferred by Allstate and Progressive, so if you have either of those agencies, choose Golden. As a bonus, our cars are always returned 10X cleaner than when we drop them off. Nice touch! Cannot recommend this place enough, they took care of my car quickly and the results speak for themselves. My girlfriend was clipped by a truck and did some damage to the drivers side and was recommended here from my insurance agent. I had a 8am appt to drop the car off for an estimate, 1 day later I get a call back letting me what needs to be done and what the next steps is and if I need a rental. About a week later I get my car back and can't even tell it happened the repairs and paint blend came out superb. They even took out the new lightbulb and LED turn signal bulbs I had just put in (headlight was replaced) which I was happy they did because I just spent about $100 on them haha.
