He was very kind to me and let me take my time picking a matte for what I needed. He gave me honest opinions on what he thought, which I also appreciated. They do great work here! I brought in a print with a reclaimed wood frame that I needed mounted and glass for the frame. They did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. I liked their work so much I bought a groupon and came back with 4 more prints to frame, which also came out great. The cherry on the sundae? I asked if they had a bag I could use to carry the framed work and they said they would make me a handle. Not only did they make a handle, they literally boxed it up and made a little "briefcase" for me so I could carry it on the path. Now THAT is good customer service! (See photo). Great framer! He does an beautiful job, truly an artist. He's a quiet man but if you want to engage him in conversation he is more than happy to talk with you. I first found him from a Groupon for my college diploma, and he did a really nice job. Since then I've been going to him for all of my framing needs. He has framed my college diploma, my graduate school diploma, my husband's college diploma, and his graduate school diploma. This past Christmas I had him frame a newspaper clipping about my husband with his grandfather from 20+ years ago. The framer not only artistically framed the article but was also able to smooth out all the wrinkles that had been sitting on the paper from being in storage! Needless to say, my husband's grandfather was overjoyed with the framed article as his Christmas present!!! read more

Knowing next to nothing about framing, we bought 2 prints to the store and the nice owner helped us pick out the size and color and gave us a good quote all within 10 minutes. We picked up the finished product in less than a week later. I did notice that one of the prints was not centered which was our fault primarily because he just framed the print we gave him whether the print itself was centered or not. It looked so odd that it had to be re-done which he did for free! Frames are expensive and sometimes more than the prints, but your lonely wall will thank you. read more

I recently bought the Groupon for Grove Point Frame and Art. I had two prints and two old frames. I needed to have them both matted and framed. And I needed one packaged to be mailed. The service was friendly when I arrived. No one was condescending about bringing in my own frames. And they turned them both around in less than 24 hours! When I went to pick up the framed prints, everything was done well, including adding the hardward to more properly hang them. Both people who I delt with were fantastic. I had an antique print matted and framed here 4 months ago. I asked if he could also wrap it for shipment, which he did--before I saw my print in the frame. It was wrapped so well lol I couldn't cut it open without ruining the box. I hope it is indeed my original print and that it looks good when my family opens it! read more

I would leave negative stars. They made me pay over $400 up front a week later I went to pick up the posters and was told they had damaged one and had reordered them. They said they would deliver the completed job to me. That was nearly two months ago. I may need to go to the police next as they have stolen money from me by not delivering and they don't answer calls read more

Place is such a hidden gem. They did a really good job in fixing our engagement picture frame that our dog chewed (yeah we were surprised our dog did that too). Anyway, very professional and courteous and timelines were exact. Nothing bad to say about this place, though I can' t recall ever getting anything custom framed anywhere else, so with nothing else to compare to, I can't tell you whether this is "as good as it gets." We've had 2 jobs done here. A mirror for our bathroom, where we provided the molding (to match the vanity) and he cut it and put it together with the mirror. We also just got a painting framed. Both times he said 1 week, and they were ready as promised. Both wrapped carefully in bubblewrap for transport. Both turned out beautiful.Good selection of frames to choose from. I had some nice but inexpensive art prints that I wanted framed. It's a balancing act on this because you can spend so much framing something that costs a fraction of "real" art. David was great in helping me put together a combination of frame and matting that gave me a beautiful piece without spending a complete fortune. I had some ideas on how I wanted to go with this but he had great vision on how to proceed and moved the process along quickly without rushing. They completed the work quickly (about 1 week) which is faster than most big box framing shops and the results were wonderful. I am very pleased.
