An ideal day for me is to stop here for breakfast and pop over to the beach! Delicious lattes (i just tried the key lime coco) and food. The beet sandwich was to die for and had plenty of thick beets, goat cheese, pistachios and perhaps pesto? My daughter also loved it. Don't know when they added this, but there's a lovely seating area to the right that's perfect for kids with a little toy food truck and astroturf. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, terrible parking (as is most of Indian Rocks Beach). I've had the bakery before and it's so good but by noon last Sunday, they'd sold out of almost everything because of the spring break rush! Better to get there early.
Something straight out of CA and this CA girl is here for it. Located right across the street from the beach with an open café, order at the bar, find a spot and chill vibe. Great food and coffee. Super cute merch. Parking is tricky , my advice is park nearby and walk. I had the breakfast burrito w bacon and an ice toasted coconut latte and it was delicious. Probably one of the best breakfast burritos Ive ever had. Service was simple and friendly. I will be back!
Super cute breakfast and lunch spot in Indian Rocks! Grove Surf Cafe absolutely nailed it. The coffee is delicious, ingredients taste super fresh, and there's a dangerously good selection of baked goods. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had the salted caramel latte and it was spot on -- flavorful without being overly sweet. The avocado toast was honestly some of the best I've ever had: thick sourdough toast piled high with freshly mashed avocado, pickled red onion, feta, crunchy corn nuts, and radish. Total flavor explosion. We also grabbed the Key lime muffin, which was buttery and soft with a perfect dollop of tangy key lime filling on top. Laid-back, beachy vibes with really thoughtful food and drinks. A must-stop if you're in Indian Rocks.
Come feel all the surfer vibes at this cafe across the street from Indian Rocks Beach. So cute, so fun! The workers were so sweet and there's many options to choose from. They have an adorable section of merch as well which was tempting. I thought the coffee was good but not super strong. Maybe it was just the one I got, though. They do also have food here so you can get a good lunch or other and I'll definitely be back to try that. Such an adorable place that's the perfect stop before or after a beach day, or just for the vibes!
Super cute beachy cafe with outstanding food & coffee! My friends and I were starving after a night out, we were saved by their chicken Caesar wrap. Dressing was fresh, refreshing with perfectly seasoned chicken. The breakfast burrito was so satisfying, creamy with avocado and a huge filling portion. Absolutely delicious 10/10. Fast service too despite being so busy on a Saturday!
Meh. Parking sucks, that seems to be the whole beach area though. Place was underwhelming. Heard great things about it but can't say that was our experience. Food was good but coffee was not. Had a bitter aftertaste that maybe is from a cheaper bean. Parfait bowl, avocado toast and Cesar wrap were good. Unfortunately, I never got to taste the key lime muffins everyone raves about because they had hardly anything available from their baked goods and we didn't get there late. 9 am. Small place that fills up fast so seating can be an issue if you are trying to eat there. Doubt I'd return when there are other options.
5 out of 5. This place rocks and Indian Rocks needs more places like The Grove. The restaurant opens for breakfast at 8 each morning. The line starts forming well before they open, so get here early. We didn't but came for lunch instead. Lunch was the same. Line forms, or maybe never stops (lol), early. We waited about 20 min to order and another 20 to get food. It was well worth the wait. We enjoyed a round of smash burgers with garlic aioli sauce. Out if they world good!! We also shared a Kale Cesar salad. It was so fresh and delicious. Definitely check this place out. It's right up the road from the Indian Rocks public beach parking area.

The service is on point and is super helpful if you're indecisive to explain which one is the better one to get if you're stuck in between ordering (since everything sounds and is great). This place gets packed, but the ambiance is extremely cute and has beach vibes all around. There's surf boards and wicker decor. If you're in line you can shop around too at their merch (they have got cute stuff). I've been here multiple times, the food is great. Get the breakfast burrito Also pictured (but I believe it's a special) - is the French toast sticks with vanilla cream for their opening anniversary date and WOW was it good!

Grove Surf Cafe is such a gem right across from Indian Rocks Beach! It was the perfect spot to grab breakfast before heading to the beach. We ordered both an iced and a hot Toasted Coconut Latte, and they were absolutely delicious. The homemade coconut flavor really shines through, and the toasted shredded coconut on top is a fun touch (just be prepared for a little coconut in every sip!). For food, we tried the Brekky Burrito, avocado toast, vegan Pop Tart, and chocolate banana bread. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Brekky Burrito was definitely a standout, but honestly, there wasn't a single thing we wouldn't order again. The cafe itself is adorable, with cozy seating both inside and outside. It has such a relaxing beachy vibe, and the surf inspired decor and warm color palette make it feel bright, welcoming, and incredibly Instagram worthy. If you're in Indian Rocks Beach looking for a delicious breakfast, great coffee, and a laid-back coastal atmosphere, Grove Surf Cafe is absolutely worth the stop. We'll definitely be back! read more

Still thinking about the homemade strawberry pop tart..... the key lime muffin! Wow YUM!!! The breakfast burrito was sooo good and I've gone back here just for that. I opted for bacon. I'm a classic iced vanilla latte girl. The speciality drinks like the pineapple upside down and banana matcha are not strong enough..I almost couldn't tell a difference between the iced vanilla latte and the pineapple upside down latte. Regardless I love this place and I can't wait to have it again! read more

Ambiance Service Food Grove Surf Cafe checks all the boxes. The location could not be more perfectly situated near Indian Rocks Beach and the interior is a vibe as well as the menu. Both drinks and food did not disappoint! Highly recommend as a place for your morning coffee and a bite to eat. read more

Food was good. Restaurant itself has limited seating inside but definitely worth the trip. Coffee was amazing. Quick service for how busy they were. Would definitely go here again! read more

Amazing coffee, food and atmosphere. Our family visited while on vacation and we liked it so much that we visited twice. The iced coconut latte was fantastic and all of the food we ordered was wonderful. Can't recommend enough. read more
The caffeinated drinks are great. Good coffee and cute merchandise while you wait in line. To me there is limited choices on the menu, and I wasn't very impressed with my hash bowl. Cute atmosphere though by the beach and my beau did enjoy his breakfast burrito! read more
Overall the experience at Grove met expectations. The vibe is cute (albeit loud when busy!) and on the weekends expect a line out the door. It's a quintessential modern Florida beach cafe. The coffees were good and relatively priced well. We ordered the toasted coconut latte, although I'm not a fan of having chew eat actual coconut in my coffee. We ordered the breakfast burrito and the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The flavors were pretty decent and met expectations, but the value is a reach. Both were about 30-40% more expensive than I would expect at a beach breakfast cafe, given the size of the portions. I'd recommend don't charge $2 more for bacon in a $15 burrito, and make sure the portions are reasonable to the prices. The prices make you feel as though you may actually be in Hawaii. Overall flavors are good, vibe is good, value is hard to find and would keep me from coming back often. read more

The cutest cafe! Came here for brunch and the food and coffee was so good. They were even able to modify our breakfast sandwich to add chicken to it. The hashbrown bowl was so good and filling. So much seating inside and out. Food came out quick ad well so great service. read more
This is my 2nd visit. Get ready to stand in line but it is definitely worth the wait! The decor is super chic and they have a cute little section with merchandise to buy. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The wait is not long and we were able to get a table for our party of five. The food is super yummy. The banana bread is hands down amazing!! We loved everything we ordered and can't wait to return. read more
I love being surprised and what a nice surprise for a wednesday am. I was in need for some solid Americano options and found a great one at Grove Surf Cafe. Also having great and friendly service, you have found yourself a repeat customer. I also did their Brekky Burrito with Bacon. The eggs were fuffy and the Hash Browns were solid but next time I'll pass on the red onion. That was my bad. Also you may want to be aware of the outlet situation so make sure you charge up your laptop if necessary or bring a powerstrip. There are about 15 parking spaces available. read more
What a great find. Some friends told us about their visit and we went to check it out and were blown away by the food. This place rocks so get there early. We went on a Sunday morning and it was rocking. There was a long line but it went really quick and the staff seemed undaunted by the crowd and were super friendly. I had the Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich and it was amazing. Very fluffy scrambled eggs on a brioche bun that was toasted. We shared a Cranberry Orange muffin and it was super moist and very flavorful. The space is open & airy and lots of outdoor seating, did I mention the restaurant is located right across from the beach. read more

Such a great place for a morning breakfast and coffee! Gluten free chocolate chip muffin was amazing and great egg sandwich for my dad! We were outside maybe 10-12 people back, but only took about 15 minutes to get inside to order and get our coffee and breakfast. Inside was great and chill vibes. Tables were a little close together but still felt spacious. Definitely will go back and try the brunch. read more

Huge fan of Grove Surf Cafe! The coffee is absolutely phenomenal, has great flavor and you can taste the quality in the ingredients used. The coffee syrups they usually make themselves and garnish the special lattes with all sorts of yummy things. The lemon drop latte had lemon sugar on top and it really added a special touch. This avocado toast was a 12/10! The corn nuts and pickled red onions on top of a fresh piece of sourdough bread made my beach picnic just perfect! Service is always quick, even with a lengthy line out of the door!! read more
Grove is such a gem of a coffee shop! It has a modern, chic vibe that feels very stylish--perfect for a solo work session or catching up with friends or just a grab and go to the beach breakfast. There's plenty of seating, including a great bar area where you can watch the baristas work their magic. The pastries are a highlight--fresh, and with unique flavors .It does get busy during peak hours because it's right by off the beach, so finding a seat can be hit or miss depending on the time. But outside of those rushes, it's a great spot to relax and enjoy a quality cup. The coffee and drinks are a little more expensive than some of the other beach side coffee shops because it's a cute place you could actually sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. read more
Wow, I absolutely love grove surf cafe. I was going to the beach and decided to stop by for a coffee and sandwich. While a lot of their menu items sound delicious, I opted for their pesto grilled cheese. It was not a boring grilled cheese, they add hot honey, pesto, the bread is Parmesan crusted, and it was sprinkled with chives and sea salt. So much good flavor, and was very happy with my decision. The latte was nice too, and topped with coconut flakes. I can't wait to come back. They have some indoor and outdoor seating, parking is sparse so you may have to walk a little bit but it's worth it! read more
When we arrived, the place was filled with a line out the door--a great sign. I was excited to grab a refreshing drink before heading to the beach. The food looked amazing, and the baked goods were fresh and tempting. Our group ordered matcha lemonades, a matcha banana latte, and a cinnamon honey latte--all of them were delicious and perfect for a beach day. Just as we were about to leave, one of our drinks accidentally spilled, but the café staff were super kind and replaced it without hesitation. The café itself was adorable, with a charming and cozy interior that added to the whole experience. read more
