Not worthy of this one star, scam company. I started working with one of their loan officers in Dallas and a week into this he reached out from a different mortgage company. He told me not to say anything but he was working my loan from two different companies. Obviously this made me very uncomfortable so I reached out to my previous mortgage lender to compare rates. Once i told him I was within my right to compare rates he called and yelled at me. He told me I'm better off just going with them. Completely unprofessional bizarre behavior. He was right though, it worked out better with my previous lender and we closed on our home. Stay away from these scammers. read more

They keep calling our phones trying to get us to refinance our home. First calls my spouse and gets the answer of no not interested. Then waited an hour called my phone and swore my spouse said it's ok to do and to transfer it in my name for me sign the paperwork behind his back. Our original mortgage is in his name only. Not mine so I have no legal standing to refinance on it unless he were to pass. I am only on the title and taxes. I explained that we were not interested again and the lady cussed me out and told me that if she doesn't meet her quota she is fired. Then they called back another hour later to my phone again we explained not interested in a refinance and to stop calling our phones. Again they got an attitude with us.Do not use this shady messy company, they only want to meet quotas! Some reason I cannot respond on a review response I assume by the owner, yet I did back search the number and it was indeed groves capital at (619) 514-2580. I tried to get a home loan but didn't happen. Lori the agent I was working with is very unprofessional. I tried emailing and texting her she wouldn't respond. One day after I week or so I received a text asking for my email (she already because she sent me an email to upload my documents). The email stated I didn't qualify for the loan. She didn't provide me a denial letter, her excuse was because she wasn't in the office. I called the number on the website but the voice mail box was full. Stay away from this Lending company! It has been one of the worst experience i had in my life dealing with a lending business.I nitially they came with a good approach to gain the business and they finished in a very unprofessional way. They kept changing the loan numbers over and over. His rep guaranteed me three times the loan amount was approved. Also he guaranteed the cash out. All these info was false. After i spent $550 on the appraisal they came with a lazy statement that my -debt to income ratio- was high. How dumb is that! When you ran my credit score you should know immediately the DTI ratio.. Why you make me spend all that money? Also they were trying to consume all the house equity by increasing the loan amount by trying to consolidate all debts in his loan. Key points: They did not honored the loan amount! / They did not honored the cash close amount/ They make you spend money in different products and appraisal to later tell you a disqualifying reason. For sure they were about to change a locked interest rate. Finally they have an internal bad communication by asking to email the same documents over and over and over.
