Professional workmanship should include reasonable care to avoid damaging a customer's property. In addition to the AC damage, the crew also caused cosmetic damage that was never repaired because they did not have the proper equipment, including a tall enough ladder, to complete the work correctly. I trusted this company and made sure everything was functioning properly before the project started. Unfortunately, I was left with expensive repairs and unresolved damages after the job was completed.
