Please bring them back, and I am happy to refund you. I really appreciate your feedback, and I need to be more vigilant. Thanks so much. Wei" In early November of 2011, the same problem occurred. Matcha labled as pure organic tea, was 50% sugar. A written complaint to the owner resulted in this response: "Thanks so much for your email regarding the matcha. Actually due to what is happening in Japan, we made a decision not to buy new Matcha from Japan, so it will be difficult to get clean Matcha from now on." Draw your own conclusions and, in regards to this store, caveat emptor.

The setup at this one is typical. The people were nice enough. There is a definite language barrier and I always do my best to communicate exactly what it is I'm looking for and make sure there is clarity on the services being provided. Given this, I went in to try the 60 minute body work session. I asked if this included full body and feet and they said yes. Barely. The guy had absolutely no technique or skill and I could tell he did not know what he was doing or how to properly asses where the muscle tension was or how to properly massage. I had to basically direct the entire massage and it was hardly relaxing. They did not include the feet, barely did the arms and didn't even do a turnaround during the session. No head or face, no reflex stretching, no reflexology.... On another note, they tried to upsell this $5 add on for "essential oils," which was literally a jar of Crisco Coconut Oil that I wouldn't even use for cooking. If you're wondering, this isn't the properly refined version of coconut body massage oil - you can literally find this Crisco jar on the grocery store shelf. Gross. Anyway, the 60 minutes cost $40 + tip. I MIGHT give this place another shot and ask for a different massage therapist or just try the regular chair reflexology session, which they had multiple chairs lined up for and seems like their main service. Advantages: the place was clean. Good, quiet location. Convenient parking. Inexpensive prices. Seems like nice staff. If I ever go back, I'll post an update.

She specializes in craniosacral work, which is more of a gentle manipulation of the body rather than cranking on a sore spot. The difference, at least for me, is that she is working with my body rather than against it. A lot of what we do involves working on an area and thinking about when I may have started holding that particular pattern, then consciously releasing it. Somehow, releasing it in my mind seems to correlate with releasing it in my body. When I walk out, I feel lighter, freer, and more aligned--and the changes last. I don't revert back a day or two later. Being able to improve my posture, release a tight hip, or eliminate hamstring pain is the best feeling in the world. I highly recommend giving Gail a try. Unfortunately I was informed that no manager is available to assist me. I called yesterday and your workers hung up the phone on me which was rude then every time I called they decided to block my calls. Then you call today and when I try to call back twice you don't answer the calls Massajoyest M. I called and asked twice if that was the price because that's what the gift card mentioned it doesn't say $10 off it says $10 and then when I got there I confirmed again and the worker said yes and before your worker even started the massage she inquired 60 min or 90 min and I specifically said I have the coupon for $10 for 60 min. So instead of your workers rushing customers into a room and trying to get over they should take more time to give a accurate answer instead of lying just to get business. I'm completely dissatisfied with the service and workers and the cons for business. I also told her to focus on my neck and instead she does what she wants and violates my butt. The massage therapist clearly doesn't know what she's doing and has bruised my back and now I am at the hospital because of the soreness and pain from your massage therapist.

I had one of my top three massages ever with Lara last weekend. It was the perfect blend of muscle work and firm but gentle massage with the result that I was completely invigorated and utterly relaxed at the end of my session. Lara's knowledge of the anatomy generally and especially muscles and joints from her many years as a yoga trainer and teacher clearly distinguished her work from any other massage I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Lara for both yoga instruction and massage. Besides her excellent work, she is friendly and professional. My massage with Lara Wardwas easily a 5 star experience.
