"Customer Service" was likely an overseas call center who just kept repeating their line in different ways, never answering my questions or helping in any way. I told them they should be embarrassed to work for this company. They offered a delivery for the next day (too late) and I said I'd accept it if they fulfilled their guarantee (gave me a refund with a late deliver). They only offered $10 off, then $20 and then upped it to $35, for a $140. order!!! I canceled the order all together. Stay away from this company! You're better off finding a field full of wildflowers or picking up some flowers from a grocery store!

Well, look at the photos for yourself, and be the judge. Please keep in mind the Pepto-Bismol monstrosity was sent to a funeral home in sympathy. Appropriate? Reasonable people can and will disagree on matters of taste, but it surely does not look like there's any kind of plant in there at all, which was the whole reason for procuring the arrangement. To me, it looks like a cut-rate Kr*g*r special that's been marked down for quick sale. I note additionally this is the SECOND time I've been burnt by florists who can't seem to create to the pictures Teleflora, FTD, 1-800-FLOWERS, et al advertise online. This kind of bait-and-switch would be disturbing anytime, but it's particularly bad in a stressful circumstance such as this. Our friend said she liked the flowers, but it's very possible she just mentally filed this under "It's the thought that counts" and secretly wondered about our taste in flowers...

It looked like a wedding centerpiece. Jen is definitely a very talented florist! We had a slight hiccup with the delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances with delivery transportation but it was nice to be able to text Jen directly through the business number and she responded promptly.
