Staff and technicians are efficient and friendly and courteous. Last Friday I went here for sinus cavity CT. From the registration desk to returning to my car, it was less than 20 minutes. Unfortunately she Had to cancel my scheduled appointment because the auth dept never told my Dr they needed to get Auth!! So of course I waited another week because of lack of competence. I purchased the heartbeat package which came with a five minute sonogram and a heart recorder that we got his heartbeat on. It was so sweet to hear and now we can listen any time at home! Jenn was so sweet and accommodating because I was a few minutes late due to traffic. We just switched times with another couple which worked out well. The room was so nice with a full bed which was so comfortable! Jenn tried to show us our baby in 3D but he was just so cozy and was hiding his face, but it was cool to try to see him! We received photos in our email and a video of the whole sonogram which is amazing that we get to go back and watch it. I highly recommend coming here if you need a little peace of mind!

Jennifer, the owner and ultrasound operator, was super pleasant to be around. She was genuinely happy and excited for us. You can tell that she loves what she does. She's also good at what she does and obtained wonderful pictures of our daughter, even though she was in a full pike position. The office was simple but professional and cozy. Overall, we would definitely recommend Perfect Preview and Jennifer for their ultrasound services.

Ended up in Buffalo General hospital (sent by my doctor on emergency basis because I had extreme difficulty in breathing). Immediate xray revealed L7 cracked rib. Was admitted to hospital to get pain and breathing under control. I now have hospital bill exceeding $1,000 and went one week not being treated. Will be contacting lawyer.

They were just trying to move on to the next patient as quickly as possible and let random tests do all the work for them. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this well now not only has urgent care but also an allergy clinic. The wait was pretty short, and the reception check-in was quite simple. The waiting room was welcoming and clean. This is the first time I have EVER witnessed an urgent care with a self-serve slusshie machine *They recommend waiting until after your care** So the nurse who waited on my was a bit unusual. The constant need to ask repeat questions was quite annoying ...especially being sick and having limited ability to speak and coughing every second. The Dr Kelly came in, and she was friendly, she took the time to listen and I didn't feel rushed. She prescribed a few things and I was done. I really enjoyed the follow up messages they send to ensure all is well. I think that is definitely an important thing to do.

We weren't happy with that practice for many reasons, and Altman Dental was recommended to us by many families that we are friends with. He sees me and my husband and even my 9 year old! He LOVES Dr. Altman ( even more than his Pediatrician which says a lot!). I just came here to say that I always have a great experience with the front desk ladies, while I'm in the chair Dr. Altman is conversational and is humorous and informative and explains what's happening as he's doing it. Today the first step of my implant has started and I needed this tooth pulled. It was a great experience! I don't doubt that he will check on me later. If you are looking for a new practice, I highly recommend!!! I have even seen Dr. Gellert and he's wonderful too. So glad we switched years ago.
