Unfortunately, my husband fell ill on our trip. I found WellNow on Yelp and decided to give it a go. The visit was excellent and my husband received great care. He found out he had flu B and was able to get prescriptions right away at the Wegmans Pharmacy in the next plaza. Everyone we encountered was helpful and explained what the process was for testing, getting prescriptions, etc. If I ever needed urgent care when in town in the future, I would choose to go here. Also, they have Slush Puppies in the waiting room. My husband had a sore throat, so after he was seen, he got a slush puppy to soothe his throat. Great little extra. read more

I went to well now because I fell. My lower arm was swollen and bruised. I was in a lot of pain in my hand and wrist. I mentioned that I had some prior pain in my thumb. I had X-rays and was told I had tendinitis. I asked if they were sure it wasn't my wrist. Again, tendonitis of the thumb. Surprised that I haven't reviewed before as I've been to this center more than once. I like that I can schedule a visit the same day and sometimes even within an hour of when I try. I really like the nurses and NPs and feel like they take the time to actually listen and help. They aren't judgy (even when I admit that I wait weeks to finally come in). I haven't seen the same providers but they are all my favorite so far. Every visit has ended with a medication treatment plan and it's worked every time. They even call/text and check on me a couple days later. read more

Due to a close contact, My wife recommended me to come here for the Covid test. This site only does Covid test now, you can walk in or make a reservation. I chose to walk in: came first thing in the morning when they opened, the front desk has my information collected (you can also do touch screen check-in.). After all information is verified, I was then guided into a room for the nurse to take a nose swab. The entire process only took 10 minutes. The website claimed for a 48 hr test, I received my confirmation within 36 hr, using the mobile site from the text messages. The process was easy, quick and efficient. The test is covered by insurance. I am very happy with this Wellnow service. read more

I went in to WellNow for a workers comp issue and after providing all the necessary paperwork, they still billed it to my personal account and charged my credit card $175. After contacting them, I was informed that I wasn't going to get my money back until they received the payment from workers comp. The error was on their part and I am expected to pay for their mistake. Please beware of their billing department which does not care about the patients well being but instead is more concerned about money. I am never going back to them for any medical issues. read more

When I arrived about 4:45 in a Friday there was nobody in the parking lot of waiting area. It was quiet so I walked up to the front desk and the lady looked almost bothered that I was there, she looked visibly unapproachable and not friendly at all. I tried to be friendly saying " Oh? Im the only person here " laughing while I said it. She seemed like my cheerful attitude annoyed her. She asked if I had an appointment, I asked do you need one? This is urgent care, she said I did because theres a wait ( im literally the only person there) she stood there as if she almost wanted me to leave. I asked her " So can I be seen???" Only then dis she ask for my phone number to send the link to self register! ( She didn't have to do any bit sit and look annoyed. Another person came in and she told her that they wouldn't have an appointment until 5:30 and instead of offering her the option to check herself in she allowed the girl to leave . She eventually called me to the window and the 1st thing she said was " Right-aid on Sheridan?" Because she was using incomplete sentences and not properly ask if the " pharmacy" I use was right aid on Sheridan, I was thrown off and confused. I ask her to repeat herself and that seemed to annoy her. Bottom line I hope she was having a bad day because she not approachable of friendly. Now the doctor and his medical assistant were very kind, polite and personable. They greeted me with a smile and were happy to help. Thanks to Tiffany, Trevon, Julie, and Bonnie, for their smiles, kindness, reassurance, when I came in because of an ankle injury. Appreciated the Wellness That's Amazing info on the tv monitor in the room, also, little bottle of water, and a snack before I left. Grateful x-ray showed only a sprain. Crap that's all I can say. No walking even when nobody is there. Got appt 2:16pm wrist x-ray 3:00 pm. Waited in small rm, listen to all office gossip. Drs. Included. At 4 p.m., couldn't take the wait anymore. Went to Dr's. Station in interrupt dr talking about game last night. He said oh xray just came in." He rolled his chair to fax machine and said. "What do you think it says." I replied if I knew that I wouldn't be here. He told me it was fine and turned his chair away from me. I guess I should take ibprofin for pain and rest it until pain goes away. This place sucks. No customer service, no medical care, no compassion, and no consideration for people's time, what so ever. But if you wanna hear the receptionist tell her friend, she texted 3 times , or how the chefs played a great 2nd half. This is a place for you. Ps, I really hope my wrist is truly ok. I rate this place a zero! A family member was seen here with possible food poisoning vs. the flu. she had a fever and was violently vomiting and had diarrhea for several hours. Because she told the provider it could be food poisoning as others were sick at the same time and ate the same food the provider decided that is what it was and did NOTHING. It is flu season and after having my son checked it is most likely the flu! she was severely dehydrated. Hadn't had any urine output in a long time! They pushed on her stomach and took some vital signs. Told her if the abdominal pain got worse or persisted go to the ED. Why bother having an urgent care!! I am a Nurse Practitioner and am appalled by the care she received! If I would have been there it would have gone differently!! That being said, people should NOT have to have someone with medical knowledge with them To advocate A simple flu test, maybe an antiemetic, pretty basic 101 care! Do not be afraid to insist on a test! I have always taught my children to save the ED for extreme emergencies but no more. FYI, you can make an appointment for the emergency room and wait at home. If you are told to go to the ED anyway just skip the useless urgent care. the urge to cares that specialize in pediatrics tend to be so much better, even gave my son IV fluid!!!! what a waste of a co pay for nothing at All Care but no care given!! If you have a medical person in your family have them on a conference call if this ever happens! It's NOT hippa if you give permission. read more

I am giving it two stars because I had a great experience while in the office but was not pleased with the events that occurred once I went home. I went to get tested for a UTI which I was told was negative. Come to find out I actually tested positive for a UTI and continued to get very very sick to the point I was in the ER a couple days ago. A UTI is very serious and in my opinion, this mistake should never have been made. read more
