The constant need to ask repeat questions was quite annoying ...especially being sick and having limited ability to speak and coughing every second. The Dr Kelly came in, and she was friendly, she took the time to listen and I didn't feel rushed. She prescribed a few things and I was done. I really enjoyed the follow up messages they send to ensure all is well. I think that is definitely an important thing to do.

After continuous searching for causes of my breathing issue my primary doctor suggested making an appointment with a different pulmonologist at Buffalo Medical Group; however, I was refused to see that doctor because I had previously been seen by Edelson. Finally, summer of 2025 I located an excellent Pulmonologist who is "wonderful" - sent me for CT scan revealing I have Pulmonary Fibrosis and referred me for rehab to a great Pulmonary physical therapy group which has been a tremendous help teaching breathing exercises.

Also all names are listed on the TV screen with estimated wait times. Very helpful. The blood draw itself is quick and easy and very safe. Pretty much as its always been there. I've never had any problems here and the employees are always friendly.
