He's very talkative which made me anxious but that's just because I'm a bit nervous and have social anxiety. But he's very polite and informative on what he has and what we were looking for. We had got a dresser that was really pretty for 150$ and it was more than I wanted to spend because I had been trying to find a good thrift store dresser but the quality, the style, and just overall was great for the price. All real wood aswell being that cheap right now is amazing! There was also a vanity we had gotten the same day, it looks like a normal wooden table/desk but the middle panel of the table opens up into a mirror with makeup storage and ect. All real wood and made in the 1800s! For 150$ same price as the dresser. Both are very pretty and amazing. I'm really happy with my purchases here! As well the owners sons were very helpful with loading our items into our car. In general this is a amazing store, it has a lot of amazing furniture that has history with it. When my husband and I arrived, she said that chair I was interested in was not in stock. I told her that is the chair. I was interested in that she gave me the quote on. She replied." Well, we can't keep everything in stock." I told her we drove a half an hour to get here to see that chair and I was unaware that it wasn't in stock. She asked where we drove from. I told her North Arvada. She replied." There's no way it took you a half an hour. It's a 15 minute drive I live in Broomfield. I know where you live". I cannot believe the unprofessionalism rudeness and laughing when I complained about the drive for nothing. She had the gall to ask if we wanted to look at anything else. I said absolutely not. We will go someplace else with our business. I thought this was an upscale furniture store with professional staff members. We should have been told the chair was not in stock. Since 2018, we have completely remodeled our entire home inside and out as well as replaced furniture and decor in all of our rooms. This means that we have worked with countless contractors, service providers, painters, installers, and furniture companies - and Sara's service exceeded them all. She is responsive, patient, detailed, and committed to the best customer care, including being fully transparent with timelines and "what to expect". Her work is meticulous, beautiful and impeccable - our chairs look just as they did when we first purchased them, except with a better color and fabric, thanks to the number of options she has. Additionally, she works with her husband who is equally as wonderful - and willing to pick up/drop off the pieces (although we did not take him up on the offer). Then, yesterday I placed an online order. There were supposedly only two of an item left that I wanted two of. I suspected that might happen and I was prepared to be told they didn't have them. I was right, but I was never told. My Mom, the person who picked the items up for me, was the one to tell me. As if that wasn't annoying enough, I can't figure out why I'm still being charged for those items. So, I call. "Well", she says, "They're on back order and we should be getting them tomorrow." Like I'm going to ask my Mom to go out of her way to go get them. "Well", she says, "We can cancel them." Yes! Why was I not told? "Well", she says, "Because it's all digitized." Why did I not get a receipt? "Well", she says, "because the pick up doesn't come with a receipt." Please, give me more excuses as to why YOU couldn't do the job you are paid to do! I'd also like to know why my order said it was ready for pickup when it wasn't. Why wasn't I called? It would have been really simple to call me and say, "Two of the items you ordered should be on the truck tomorrow. Would you like to wait for them?" My answer would have been, "Thank you so much for calling me! Yes! We can wait to pick up the rest of the order!"
