After describing my experience with a certain driver they assured me they would delve deeper into it and it was clear they meant it. I was pleased with their reply and that is one of the reasons I will keep using their service. There are cheaper limo services out there but Arrow can Always be counted on to do the right thing! Incredibly easy to communicate with, both online & via text/phone. After booking, and 24-48 hrs before pickup, they send you a text with the driver's photo & cellphone #. Very professional. After providing the necessary information (i.e. home address, phone number, and drop-off location) to the receptionist, I felt confident that I would not run into any issues the following morning. However, the next morning after waiting 10 minutes past my pick-up time, I decided to give them a call to find out the status of my driver. Fortunately someone picked up and told me that they would find out and give me an update. Another 10 minutes pass before I receive a call from the driver who explained that he had trouble finding the apartment and that he was only a couple minutes away. So after 5 minutes of staring out my window I see the driver pull up a couple doors down from my apartment. I head outside and as I walk towards the car, the driver drives away (probably wondering if he is in the correct location) and I am left in the dark wondering what happened. So I get on my phone and call the driver back. At this point I was very upset and worried that I would not get to the airport in time for my 6:00am flight. As I step in the car I keep my cool and inform the driver that I need to get to the airport ASAP. When we arrive at the airport the driver drops me off at the wrong departure level (i.e. Level 3) and I am forced to run to the TSA checkpoint at Level 2, which at this point is filled with passengers. By the time I get through security I hear my name being called for final boarding and I sprint to the gate. I eventually make it on the plane in time for my departure, but the experience left me very bitter towards Advanced Transportation. I wish the first impression with them was better, but unfortunately I do not plan on using them in the future.
