Upon my arrival I was greeted by 2 very nice young men. One was seated and on his phone...I assumed he was on a break..and the other was a cook. The cook asked if I had placed an order or if I was picking up. I was placing an order so he told me to wait a minute. He went to the back and came back and told me that I had to place the order online because the manager was on break. WTF!! He said they could not touch the register. I was about to leave when a woman came out of the bathroom and asked if I had been helped. I places my order and it came up to $17+...I only ordered an 8pc!! I was charged $2 extra for all flats...when did THAT uncharted increase?!!! Ok, I get it. As I'm waiting for my food I'm looking at my receipt and I see I have been upcharged for a drink. When I asked THE GENERAL MANAGER (who is running the register...the one who was in the bathroom) why I was charged, she told me they upcharge "walk-ins". WHAT?!!! I did not see any sign that says this is their practice and it just doesn't sound like something that should be happening. This practice is deceptive and as far as I'm concerned, it's THEFT. Just think how many people are being CHEATED and don't know...that is a lot of STOLEN money this location is receiving. I got a refund and I am reporting them. I don't HAVE to place an order online if I dont want to. I understand the extra charge for "flats". You DON'T have the right to "upcharge" me for ANYTHING I didn't ask for. This "general manager" didn't seem to care about any of it. She wasn't rude or anything, but didn't try to explain anything or make it right. She gave me the District Manager's name when I asked, and refunded my money. I hope to find out the owner's information so I can complain to them too. America's greed is out of control. ​

Upon entering, the restaurant wasn't overly crowded, with only a few tables occupied. Our server was Courtney. However, throughout our experience, it seemed like Courtney was more preoccupied with her other tables than with ours. I approached her to request that one of the TVs be switched to the NBA game that was currently airing. Unfortunately, the request went unanswered until I asked another employee, who explained that the establishment didn't pay for cable or any other service for all the TVs, which is why only three of them were showing the game. Despite this, Courtney continued to focus on her other tables, neglecting our needs. We had to repeatedly ask for refills of tea and water, and when we attempted to place an order for the next set of wings, it seemed like she had difficulty processing it. Considering that it was an all-you-can-eat establishment, I expected her to be more attentive to our requests. Not to mention the wings I received were drowning in sauce, I asked for extra wet but that didn't mean give me enough to drink. It wasn't until her other tables had left that Courtney finally paid us any attention.

Even though the restaurant was partially empty, our service was extremely slow and inattentive. Our waitress, Courtney, seemed uninterested in helping us. Wednesday night is supposed to be "all you can eat," but it felt far from enjoyable. When we asked if one of the six TVs could be changed to the NBA game, she asked a series of unnecessary questions in a way that felt more like an interrogation than customer service. Instead, TMZ was playing on most of the screens, which seemed inappropriate for the setting. It took an unusually long time to receive our drinks, and we had to repeatedly flag her down just for refills. At one point, my husband requested a refill of his peach tea, only to be told they didn't have any more and it would have to be made. He never received another drink at all. On top of that, our food arrived cold and below the quality we've come to expect. Overall, the combination of poor service, cold food, lack of attentiveness, and unprofessional atmosphere made the night very disappointing. We've always enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but this experience was not up to the standard we know it's capable of.

    This place is very ghetto and it was dirty with fries all over the floor. People handling food did…read morenot wear gloves and one girl kept taking her cellphone out the waistline of her tights while handling food. The staff was very immature and completely disrespectful to customers. One customer came in and one of the female staff members got upset that customers kept coming in. So she secretly told another female staff member to tell the gentle that it will be an half an hour wait and ask the customer would he wait. He said yes. She sucked her teeth and told the same girl to then tell him it will be an hour wait as if they did not want customers to come in. I mean who does that? This was ly second horrible experience in 2 hours with Wingstop. The one on Cobb Parkway in Ga was rude as well and told me he was not taking any more customers. This extremely poor service and I thought it was going to be better than that especially since its the #1 chicken fast food in the US. As a business owner I would be appalled by this behavior. However the chicken sandwich was delicious but i doubt i would ever go to either of those two again.
