However, throughout our experience, it seemed like Courtney was more preoccupied with her other tables than with ours. I approached her to request that one of the TVs be switched to the NBA game that was currently airing. Unfortunately, the request went unanswered until I asked another employee, who explained that the establishment didn't pay for cable or any other service for all the TVs, which is why only three of them were showing the game. Despite this, Courtney continued to focus on her other tables, neglecting our needs. We had to repeatedly ask for refills of tea and water, and when we attempted to place an order for the next set of wings, it seemed like she had difficulty processing it. Considering that it was an all-you-can-eat establishment, I expected her to be more attentive to our requests.
