The place reeks of stale beer and cigarette butts. The ashtrays were not emptied and the bartenders seem to be more interested in doing shots and talking to each other than taking care of customers. The place strikes me as a hub for local power drinkers and bar flies and unless your in the 'click' of being a regular there then they don't really care if you're taken care of or not. I was so curious I made the trip from Gainesville Monica gets 5-Stars for Stix Bar & Grill for having free pool all day Monday to Friday before 530 pm, a non smoking room, and great food at affordable prices. She also gets 5 Stars for serving a clientele of all ages and races here. As Bartender Mallory put it, " It gives the teenagers a safe clean place to hang out here when they could be getting into getting into trouble out there ."
