It's very disappointing to see this amount of wear and rust on a trailer after only 3 years when it's not an inexpensive trailer. The local dealership told me that's just the quality of Triple Crown. That would have been nice to know before I spent the money on what I thought was a high quality trailer. I would shop around for a better trailer for the money. I will never again buy another Triple Crown trailer.

Per owner Carlos J Gonzalez's (aka CJ) request, I wired payment in full for a new AlumaTrek boat trailer on April 26, 2024. (He declined to build it with a 50% deposit.) I was promised delivery in 3 weeks. It's now been 2 months despite MANY calls, emails and texts with little to no response from him. CJ promised no less than 5 delivery dates and still no trailer. I was given a serial number, paid sales tax and payment in full and still nothing. I will be contacting the state DMV, Florida Department of Revenue and the IRS. His blatant disregard of our agreement is abhorrent. I am exhausted from chasing this guy. Do yourself a favor and run away as fast as you can from National Trailer and AlumaTrek!

Bought a used 2024 trailer and paid for brake and…read morebarring inspection and service to make sure everything was ok. 7 months later, about 10 trips and the barring came apart and wheel came off. Lucky no one was hurt. The service tech that looked at it said it appeared that barring was not serviced correctly and had no grease. Gator horse trailers response is we only warranty for 90 days. I guess I am to pull the wheels myself after paying for service to make sure that they did it correctly. It also took two months and call from dmv to get them to finally send the paperwork so I could register the trailer. I had to have dmv call because they would not answer phone when I called because my temp tag was expired. Probably one of worst owners of a company I have ever encountered.
