On June 17 of this year I got statement showing I only owed $457.90. On July 14 AAA banking drafted 857.90 from my account. On July 25, I called AAA Banking, I sent them proof of the over payment. I called back on August 6th and was told everything would be sent back to me. On August 13 there was a draft from AAA on my bank account pending for $401.14, I called and AAA said that it should be rejected and put back into my account. On August 14 that $401.14 came out of my account. I called AAA again and spoke to a manager, the manager said she would look into it, that I should be the $401.10 and the overage of $00 back. Today August 15, the money is not back in my account and again I called AAA, AAA says I should only get back $377.10 from the July draft of $857.90. and they rejected the $401.14 and if its not in my account I have to dispute that with my bank.

The truck could have used a better detail, the headlights are super foggy and the interior was stained. Since detailed it looks good (meaning they just didn't take the extra effort). They gave me the 110pt check, and the carfax. I got the truck Friday and by Sunday the temperature gauge said it was over heating, the air conditioner stopped working, and the coils were freezing. I called and they asked me if I could have my car towed in (on my own dime!?) And they could get a mechanic to look Monday. A truck that supposedly passed the 110pt check two days prior. I declined having it towed and said I would drive it in Monday. Monday comes around the the mechanic fixed my air condionter because it had a burnt out fuse, added freon because it was running low, and checked the temp gauge which is off (engine not overheating). I was not charged for these services, but after 48 hours I wouldn't expect to be! Now keep in mind this is a buy here pay here, you're getting a used car that's going to require maintenance, I get that. I just wasn't expecting to have so many issues so soon after just passing this so called 110pt test. The salesmen told me that I absolutely did not have to take it to a mechanic when I bought it, but I strongly recommend you do. The mechanic was extremely nice and thoroughly explained everything to me. I was annoyed on how dirty my truck was after it was returned, but again, they cleaning doesn't seem like a priority there. All and all, everyone has been very pleasant with me. My issues were fixed in a timely fashion at no extra cost to me. I LOVE my truck and I feel like I got a great deal (from a bhph) that includes a payment for about a year and a halfish. I would recommend them.

I don't know if it was just because we looked younger because we are in our mid 20s. I don't know. I'm not sure the whole experience which lasted only two minutes unpleasant.
