This was the first time I had used this type of service, and it sounded good, but was actually too…read moregood to be true. I started out on their website, where I shopped for exactly the car I wanted, with all the options I wanted. I then submitted it, and shortly after, a rep called me and told me a local rep/salesman would be calling me. The guy that called me promised me he could find what I wanted and warned me against going to any of the local car dealers, even though I had found exactly what I wanted at one of the local dealers. He then emailed & texted me that he had found what I wanted. I asked him if it had all the options I wanted, and he said yes and plus more. I really wanted ventilated seats, passenger power seats, and navigation. The car also cost me more than I wanted to spend and did not have the rebates that the dealer had. It had AWD, 2.0L engine, which I could care less about. I didn't get a test drive and when I got home, I couldn't find the navigation button-BECAUSE IT DIDN"T HAVE ONE ! It also didn't have the above options that I really wanted. When I called the salesman, he pretty much said "well, there's nothing I can do now-it's basically a used car". I am 64 and this is probably the last new car I will buy, and I couldn't even get what I wanted. I would never recommend this service to anyone-I am really disappointed at what transpired, and feel totally ripped off.
