The truck has a governor regulator that won't allow for the truck to be driven past 65mph. I was on a highways were speed limit were 70mph and 80mph and yet I was capped at 65mph. I wish I would've been made aware of this ahead of time because it delayed my trip a couple hours. Also, alignment of the truck was way off:

I had asked for better rates with Amanda but she did not react to my request after they had taken another $3800 dollars out of my account. I also requested for them to call me before any transactions; however they would just do the transaction with out a call. This lead to my commercial insurance missing a payment and was then canceled. This was damaging because I had to now work double to get my insurance back online. Another issue I have with this location is every truck I rented had bad steering alignment. I wondered if they did their checks, why every truck had a bad steering alignment. I would not recommend working with this group of individuals in this location. We ordered a UHAUL on line to be picked up,IN PERSON on Sunday. We had to go through a process to gain access to a key. This was not easy! We submitted everything, but UHAUL kept wanting more information! We called customer service and the lady tried her best to take us through the ridiculous complicated website. 45 minutes! Still UHAUL wanted more info..or a different picture ...! We asked if there was an override code so we could gain access to the key..NO NO THEY DONT HAVE THAT! Really?
