My wife loves cigars. She enjoys not only the cigars but the whole experience, taste and attitude of a cigar. So she was excited that as we parked to go to another business, this cigar shop that was also on her list was right in front. There is no private parking, so street, pay to park it is. Sitting right outside the shop there is a young man rolling cigars. You enter into a softly lit open space with a well stocked bar, bistro tables and chairs and two humidor/cigar rooms, nice old world decor. We were shown to a humidor/cigar room with a great variety of cigars from Dominican to Cubans with all range of prices, from $12 to $35 for a single cigar. I'm pretty sure that we were supposed to order cigars here, but you don't have to. I had two mojitos that were both delicious and fun to watch being made (see picture below). There is Scarface memorabilia everywhere. One of the things that I love most about the bars in Little Havana is that you feel like you are in your (very cool) alcohol drinking grandparents house. Ok high pressure sales, so basically tried to sell a box of cigars for $285 then promised oof we bought that we would get 3 real Cubans. I didn't like it, it felt like a car salesman. Real time review. I walked in approached the man behind what seemed to be a rolling table to the right of the humidor. I asked "do you sell coffee infused cigars" his reply was "no," he put his head down and continued on doing what ever, he seemed so busy doing. I then asked "what do you recommend?" He replied "what do you like" I said something "light" He said "immediate right inside door." He put his head down once again and seemed annoyed. I would NOT have this who ever he is the face of your business which would be controlling the cigars. The cigars are what you advertise first in this place. Maybe because I'm 6"5 and he was lacking height possible "Napoleon complex" and seemed angry about that? Couldn't figure him out at all. We would not want him to help a customer out (god forbid) again NOT someone I'd have working my establishment with an attitude such as his. NO PERSONALITY AT ALL! My 5-stars is mostly for customer service and experience. I don't know cigars that well and wanted to go just because it seemed like a fun thing to do in Little Havana/Miami. We were able to watch a women outside making cigars and then pick them up right off her table, we got one strong and one light one. The owner/manager was very nice and friendly and gave us each a complimentary coffee for us to have while we sat in the shop and had our cigars. We went back later that same day to buy more to take as gifts. Would definitely come back to this place next time I'm in Miami. Apparently they have music on the weekends too! read more

We googled this place and glad we did. We were immediately greeted and offered some of their home made ground coffee. It was delicious!!! Wow! Then, as we browsed the cigars, he educated us on his own home made blend. They grow their own tobacco. The smells were lovely! He offered us free cigars to sample. And we did...we had a seat and enjoyed on the house cigars and rum. This guy really has a passion for what he does. We must have hanged out for a few hours smoking our complimentary cigars and rum. I don't know what else to say. The business is doing so well they are franchising all over and their newest location is in Vegas at the MGM Grand. They are growing fast. And not to forget, they had awesome music playing and the atmosphere was just relaxing. Will probably only get our cigars from this place for now on. He even gave us complimentary 14 year old cigars as a gift. If you are looking for good cigars, and good service...you must come here. Don't come to this place looking to hustle and bustle and get discount cigars. If you are looking for quality product and understand that costs comes with value. I have come here twice, and both times I have had a great experience. The store is decorated with objects and antiques of Cuban culture. The staff is super friendly and willing to explain to you about cigars. They do not force or pressure you to buy anything. They make their cigars freshly in the store, which if you are lucky enough to come at the correct time you may be able to see. This is a great store to buy cigars as gifts for friends and families. You can make your own box of 5 different cigars or buy a pre-made box. Additionally, they have a drinks section. I ordered Cuban coffee and it was amazing! It was both sweet and strong. I was able to drink the coffee outside and enjoy the Miami weather. I will definitely be visiting this place again next time I come to Miami, and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family! read more

I don't know... went there twice. The first time they told me 2 drink minimum. The second time they said 3 drink minimum, but I negotiated the 2 drink minimum. They said if I want a nice table I needed to by a bottle, but they ended up giving some randoms the table w/o them ordering a bottle. So the waitress pushed and pushed drinks... only to have the bouncers kick u out bc we ordered too many drinks.... lol. Wtf! Don't get it won't be coming back! Nice music and there was one host that we liked. The bartender was rude, didn't smile, some guy went up to him and almost fought him.
