Calling back Lindsay who is supposedly the owner/operator is a lesson in futility. She will only answer if you are making an order and blatantly ignore any warranty requests. I had them install an electrical setup for my RV and also some other work in some outbuildings. Less than a month later, the switches they worked on have failed and the GFCI plug they installed for the RV setup never worked. She sent someone out and he said it was working. I am disabled so hard to check and have to rely on them to be honest and up-front. He said if there was a problem to call them back - - and there was a problem. Still didn't work and why wouldn't he fix it if it wasn't working and expect me to have them call back again. Left numerous messages with Lindsey and sent Emails - all ignored. They said it was my cords and not the plug - but when I plugged in something else without the cords to the plug - INOPERATIVE. Keeps shutting itself off which is normally indicative of a bad GFCI outlet - - and it was that way since install! If they will rip off a disabled Veteran they will rip off anyone and their warranty isn't worth the paper its' printed on. I had to hire someone else to fix what they damaged or didn't finish - and I will send them the bill. I doubt it will get paid as they are showing themselves to be uncaring, non-customer focused and non-responsive. They simply don't seem to care - no matter what you say or do. We hired "Just in Time Home Pros" to re-wrap the AC Ducts in our attic. We had a problem with…read morecondensate forming and dripping through the ceilings. Our contractor advised us to hire an AC company to re-wrap or patch the ducts that required repair. We hired Just In Time, agreed on a price of $3156. He asked for 50% down and told us the job would take 1 day. We paid him Friday, July 10th, 2025, and were told he would start the following Monday. After two no-shows, he finally showed up on Wednesday, 3 hours late. The job was supposedly completed the following week. On July 17th he told us the job was almost completed, and he would need the balance of $1578.00 and another $200 to finish wrapping the ducts, so in good faith we paid him. We reluctantly agreed because we previously hired and scheduled the damaged ceilings to be repaired by another contractor on July 23rd, 2025. The damaged ceilings had been cut out to access the attic, and we were waiting for the ducts to be repaired before our contractor started on the stained areas and replaced the sheetrock that had been cut out. It wasn't until then that our contractor informed us that literally nothing had been wrapped or patched as initially agreed. In fact, two ducts were left without any insulation at all. Our contractor called to explain that he couldn't proceed with the ceiling installation because the ducts were left in a condition that would continue to leak. He also added that this was the most unprofessional job he had ever seen. Our ceilings are still in a state of disrepair. I contacted Justin Beck, the owner, and asked for our money back since the job was not performed as agreed. In fact, not only was the job unprofessional, but most of it was also left unfinished. All we can figure is he thought the ceiling would go up, and we would never know he hadn't repaired or re-wrapped the ducts as agreed. After we learned of the situation, we contacted him and asked for our money back. This was met with one excuse after another. It wasn't until we shared visual evidence (before and after photos) showing the unprofessionalism that he changed his tune. Considering he never showed up as scheduled, would not take or return phone calls, and his work was subpar, we deemed it in our best interest to pursue an alternative direction and again asked for our money back. He refused, leaving us in an unimaginable position. The pictures below will show you what we got for $3200...absolutely nothing. Buyer beware!
