My oldest son proceeded to help mom and place the machines on the pedestals for her. Well he did it all wrong and I had to call Patriot App to fix it. It was bad. I swore there was dragon slaying happening in my laundry room. It was rough he had to get the washer off the pedestal with its rubber feet, lay it down on its side, attach it to the pedestal, and prop it back up. Sounds easy, but keep in mind it is a 300-400 pound awkward big box in a small laundry room. He did this without any bumps, nicks or scratches to my machines or floor. All done at a reasonable price.
